Although worried about Giroux, he could easily have a concussion. I don't know what happened to Bryz. I walked back in, and Bob was warming up in net.

Byrz was a lower body injury. Probably not too serious, he was back on the bench minutes after Bob started. Holmgren post-game: Great win tonight regardless. Old man Jagr was all over the ice tonight. Not very often do I see them stay on the attack towards the end of the game, so that's always refreshing. |

Such an awesome game to go to for the Wings/Jets game. 7-1 destruction of the Jets defnately made my night. Hudler, Filppula, Datsyuk and Zetterberg are all on fire right now and it looks like Bertuzzi is starting to get going as well. LLLBD..... its on brother  Im extremely worried about the game though, even though alot of the Pens are out, your still dangerous. I just want a Detroit win this time lol |

Win an empty net faceoff, first shot on goal after goes in on a redirect which forces overtime.
Hossa takes a shot at the goal, and Sharp helps it in on a rebound, pretty much replicating their last win.

Giroux will not play tomorrow against the Capitals. First Pronger, then Schenn, and now their best player. This injury bug is killer.
Speaking of injuries, looks like Crosby will be out again after playing in Boston.

When I heard he was out after the Boston game, I knew Crosby wouldnt play against Detroit. Looks like Lindros all over again. I mean he will never be able to play during the Playoffs if he keeps having to sit out after every big hit he takes.
