haven't been on here in a long while.
this season's been all kinds of wacky. it's exciting. i've been really enjoying hockey as a whole this season.
it's also an exciting time to be a Detroit fan. first in the league is awesome, although i'm sure we'll lose it eventually, it feels good. at first i didn't like their chances this year in the playoffs after the last two disappointing exits. but if Datsyuk and Howard keep playing like they are then there's no reason not to believe in at least a conference final berth.
Jonathan Quick is quickly becoming my favorite goalie in the league. his play is just great and he's a brick friggin wall.
Claude Giroux is a complete beast and one of my most excited to watch players. at first i was sad to see Richards and Carter leave Philly but it's panned out pretty well. Giroux doesn't look just like he's playing well, he's looking totally dominant. i'm glad i got him with my second pick in my fantasy pool. haha.
i love David Backes.
enough rambling for now. those are just some thoughts. hockey is awesome.

Man, the lakers made shirts to celebrate Kobe's 81 point game a couple years ago. I'm glad to see him finally show his true potential, he's a great player. I could watch Gagner, Hall and Eberle play all day. Fun team to watch. I can't believe Vancouver stole that win from the Avs yesterday, hahaha. |
