This series is ridiculous. It sucks that the Red Wings got bumped, because I was kind of hoping for a Red Wings/Penguins finals again, if the Pens somehow make it our of this Flyers series, which I'm not really counting on but still. Haha.

This Caps/Bruins series is slowly killing me. I'm not sure there's a single thing I like about it thus far.

25 games, holy sh*t. That's awesome. This Caps/Bruins series is slowly killing me. I'm not sure there's a single thing I like about it thus far. Bruins are my second favorite team, hoping they win today. |

Torres suspended for 25 games.  Good, I'd be hopeful to think he'll actually learn from this, if Matt Cooke can change his ways, so can he. I would kill myself if there was another Red Wings and Penguins series. Ditto |

Our loss hurts less because San Jose is out So teams I like and respect (St. Louis and Nashville) have advanced. Kinda hoping Phoenix can bounce Chicago next game (after OT). Been a really weird Playoff's with that, all the big named teams who have been to the Final four in the West are gone or is on the verge of going. Detroit, Vancouver, Chicago and San Jose. |

Pens didn't come to play today. Flyers were hungrier end out story.
Great series, wish it would have went seven, but the Pens just seemed like they wanted to come home early and enjoy the upcoming snowstorms.

I appreciate the Flyers finally putting the Pens out of their misery. I expected a sweep, but then winning a couple of games almost sucked more because they just prolonged the inevitable. The Flyers are the better team, they have been for a few years now and will continue to be in the future.
Although, it was sad to see what is almost guaranteed to be the final Pens games for Staal, Orpik, Martin and Kennedy. Blah. Haha.

I can only hope this was Martin's last game as a Penguin. Orpik, Staal, and Crosby will at some point before the end of next season get contract renewals/extensions. |

I know they have time left on their contracts, but they're gonna be traded in the off season...especially Staal. He's gonna be too expensive and we need another winger or a defenseman. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised to see them try to shop Johnson around for a late round draft pick and just bring up Thessien full time.
