i ended up getting to 16, but the last 5 or so were kinda tough. which led me to believe theres one name missing... shelton benjamin. id have voted for him over the last couple guys i did eventually vote for. hes definitely not the greatest ic champ of all time, but he did hold the belt for a while, and did have a handful of really good matches.

If Mr. Perfect doesn't win this tournament then something is seriously seriously wrong. Some of my other favorites from this time tho include: Bret Hart, Goldust, Shawn Michaels, Razor Ramon, and The Ultimate Warrior (tho I tend to think of him more as a late 80's IC champ)
