MOORESVILLE, N.C. (November 8, 2011) - Kyle Busch Motorsports (KBM) announced today that Kyle Busch will not be running a full truck season in the #18 truck.
"I had to make a decision that impacted the entire family at KBM," said Kyle Busch. "It is extremely hard to find sponsorship for a full season [in this economy] without having a name attached to it. Luckily, the sponsors that we have in place here at KBM are understanding of my quest for my first Sprint Cup Championship, so they are willing to stick around for 2012."
"The fact that our sponsors aren't only good partners for the entire organization, but are understanding to Kyle's decision is fantastic." said KBM General Manager Rick Ren. "All our current sponsors will stick our for the entire 2012 season and then following the last race of 2012, we will re-evalute with them on our standing."
They also announced the replacement of sorts for Kyle in 2012, as Matthew Anderson who has four victories in the World of Outlaws, fifteen late model victories, and a K&N Pro Series Championship.
"I'm honored to be the guy who drives the #18 next season, but it's also a very weird situation, being looked at as someone's replacement. Driving the truck that Kyle put into victory lane so many times, people will have huge expectations for me. It's a big role to fill and I am looking forward to getting out there in February." Anderson stated at the media event.

If you thought this years NASCAR Camping World Truck Series was interesting, wait until you hear about 2012. We have covered the fact that - pretty much - unknown driver Matthew Anderson will be replacing Kyle Busch in the #18 truck for Kyle Busch Motorsports, but this isn't the only big change you will see when the truck series takes the green flag next month.
Michael Christopher will be the replacement of Austin Dillon in the #3 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet. The common factor between Christopher and Anderson? They have raced each other on many occasions and neither have seemingly forgot their incidents on the short tracks across the United States.
"I heard about him [Michael Christopher] replacing Austin [Dillon] in February, it should be an interesting time racing with him on the NASCAR circuit." Anderson stated during an interview on ESPN Radio out of Atlanta. "To say we have had our issues is an understatement, I don't like him and he isn't to fond of me."
The subject of Anderson was brought up to Michael Christopher who was helping Kevin Harvick promote the Daytona races. "He is right, I am not fond of him. He's just an ass, plain and simple."
Last year, Richard Childress had problems with Kyle Busch racing his drivers hard, so it looks like KBM vs. RCR has taken a new life.

This is 'wrestling' sims. What?! Really? I wasn't aware of that fact. The board isn't active, so I decided to add something to it to spice it up. Why don't you go figure out how 'wrestling' sims work before you decide to be an ass? EDIT: I'm not taking anything away from the rest of the board, if duan has a problem with it (and I will PM him about it) then he can lock it.

Nobody said anything when Pokemon ruled the board. Really? REALLY?? There was basically a huge war over that.

If it's THAT big of a deal, just lock it. But, next time an MMA one pops up... that should be locked. It's not wrestling.
EDIT: Not to throw anyone under the bus... but Rated R's non-wrestling sim was stickied on this board at one point. Nobody said nothing then...

Don't take this the wrong way, brother, but if you wanted to do something to spice up the non-active board, NASCAR isn't the way to go. :/

Just continue the Angle diary. I replied to that, then nothing happened after that,
Or hell, keep this, its getting more replies than any diary has since summer ended. Any publicity is good publicity, right?

Ya'll are crazy. Everyone bitches about lack of variety and lack of journals and activity on the board, but every time someone comes out with something different, it has to be bitched about.

the guy had an interesting idea and you guys blew something that I would have liked to see.
if SG wants me to lock, then just let me know in here. Otherwise I am leaving this open and will clean it up if he wants me to.

The entire point of this was to try something different and apparently different doesn't work. Gave it a shot.
