With the Giants on bye and Jahvid Best suffering from a concussion, my 97.7 percentile team is in a bit of a bind regarding the RB2 slot and flex positions. Marques Colston pretty much solidified his spot in my starting line up with Calvin Johnson at WR last week and I still have AP at RB, but the other two slots are a bit hard to decide for me. Here's what I got.
RB: Darren Sproles (vs. IND) Daniel Thomas (vs. DEN) Willis McGahee (vs. MIA) Jahvid Best (vs. ATL) [probably not gonna go with him no matter what]
WR: Anquan Boldin (vs. JAC) Mike Williams (vs. CHI) Sidney Rice (vs. CLE)
Still have really solid depth, but they all seem to be on the same "level" if you will in regards to upside and matchup. I have never been afraid of using a WR at flex either, so that's why I listed them, Boldin and Rice seem more realistic starts though. Advice is appreciated. Currently Have Sproles and Thomas starting.

I've never been a fan of New Orleans running backs seeing as they have 3 sharing the loads. Daniel Thomas is good but Reggie Bush looked great against NYJ until he got hurt so they may rely on him again this week. If I were you, I'd start McGahee at RB2 and plug Boldin in as flex.
But that's just me.
FYI: I'm 5-1 in both my FF leagues

I'd stick with the guys you have.

I swapped out Thomas for McGahee based on the fact that Reggie Bush of all people was more effective last week and that could be a split where McGahee has been the only back getting carries in Denver.
