WWE Championship - Stone Cold's 5th WWF Title reign, I enjoyed it all the way until he lost the Gold to Angle. Austin put on some of the greatest matches of his career.
World Championship - Christian's two reigns of Champion, Although they were both incredibly short, It was great to finally see Christian holding the World Championship.
IC Title - Shelton Benjamin s/Randy Orton's, Both put on great matches with 8 months with their Titles on the line and were great reigns.
US Title - Goldberg, I marked out as a kid watching WCW seeing Goldberg win and hold both the US and WCW titles.
Tag Team - London and Kendrick/E+C's 7 Title runs.

A lot of guys here are saying the JBL reign and I completely agree, but if JBL (in his prime) held the belt for that long now, the IWC would crapall over it.
My favourite is Sheamus 1st reign... out of 14 years of viewing.. Dayum!

I have much more then one but I'd definitely go with Triple H's first WWF title reign/McMahon-Hemsley Era.

Im really surprised with the amount of people who said JBL...If this thread was about the worst title reign he would be considered as my option... That's the beauty of opinions. But I don't see how anyone couldn't like JBL's reign. The guy had so much heat and he knew how to get even more |

HHH's 2008 WWE title reign was pretty awesome(it was around the time I got back into wrestling)
Chris Jericho's 2008 WHC title reign I think it was his first reign where he faced HBK in a ladder match(it was pretty underrated but it was good too)
Basically most of 2008 title reigns.
Edge's last and second last World title reigns were both good.
From what I've looked at, either Youtube or something:
JBL's WWE Title reign
Batista's first WHC Title reign
Matt Hardy's Cruiserweight title reign
The list pretty much goes on...

Hogan's in the early 80's. I grew up on it, and it always makes me feel good. Second might just be Cody's current, because it looks like they are at least TRYING to bring the IC belt back to it's former glory....of course, he probably shouldn't have lost to Orton, but at least they are trying. The IC was dead on the vine for a looooong time, probably ever since it was re-introduced. The IC champ is supposed to be damn good, second only to the world champ. He needs to be treated as such. They are working back toward that with Cody. Poor Ziggler.

Edge's first WWE Championship reign where he beat John Cena comes to mind. Those Raws were excellent, especially the Live Sex Raw.
