hey,
i am not an expert like Stom or Ruby Fusion but i can tell you Popys are not cheap (depending on what your "cheap" is really) im sure they can give you an average MOC and loose price range. but unless you have a few £££'s or $$$'s i wouldnt expect to get a set. maybe buying a few for your own collection is not a bad idea tho

Highspots has some of the bronze figures for fairly cheap. Of course they look terrible but it is somewhere to start.

if you want the newer figs for cheap, you have to go to japan or know someone who lives there that can purchase from japan only sites and then ship it to you themselves. otherwise expect to pay no less than $20 plus shipping. as fo Popy figs, you will not find any cheap and ebay or this sites classifieds are some of the only places you'll find those.

Unless you actually know somebody in japan, you won't find figs under $20 (shipped to you).
Loose Popys range from around $70 - $199...
Sorry, but "cheap" and "japanese figures" aren't seen in one sentence... unless you buy the already mentioned bronze ones.

i thought 20 was what they retail at, so how could knowing somebody in japan enable you to get them for cheaper than that.
as for cheap... you just gotta try to get lucky on ebay. i have purchased moc jap figs for less than 10 bucks plus shipping. that isnt common though.

On sites they sell new for 2,000 yen ($17.89), but I'm sure you can find them for as low as 1,200 yen ($10.74) in Japan

Japanese figures indeed mostly do not come cheap, but ColoradoRocket had a couple of loose ones on eBay that cost $ 10 each or so.
Popy figures are over 25 years old and you'll be paying over $ 100 for one loose easily.

Highspots is pretty good. The prices are not bad considering there aren't many other options to get some of those figures.
