Try applying gluestick glue with a q-tip onto the receiving surface.

I had a lot of trouble with them. I found the key to be hot water instead of having it warm. Once I used hot water they went on a lot easier.

I remember those decals being slippery little devils when I put them on my E11 Punk! The biggest problem I had was that I could never seem to get the decal on completely flat, there was always a bubble or crease somewhere. Whenever I tried to smooth it out, it would then slide out of place!
I discovered that the best trick is to get your decal as smooth as possible and just let it dry before smoothing out any problem areas. Once dry, the decal stays in place and it's a lot easier to get rid of those bubbles/creases.
I hope this helps!

Yeah just let it dry.. put it in the water, then put it on Punks arm and just let it sit a little before you start damping it with the paper towel too dry it more. I had a bitch of a time getting the first couple on but once i figured it out better it was easy
