Do Mattel boots pop off just like the heads do? Im wanting to do some knee pad switches and Ive heard popping the boots off are the onyl way to do it. Heat in warm water and pop off?

Run the leg/boot area with hot water and pop, repeat to replace, good luck!

my 7 year old cousin got them off without taking boots off I dont believe any of that non sense lol unless he cut some of the need pad or had a grown up stretch the hell out of it and it was the larger knee pads. Only way i could get the things off was with the warm water and removing boots trick and im a pretty strong dude and 26 years old

Yepp, just be careful when doing it with Elites. The knee joint gets soft, as well, and it can pop off at the knee if you're not careful. Also, try your best not to grab the foot when pulling it off, cause that could loosen the foot permanantly. Other than that, it's pretty simple. Good luck.
