Mr. Stephan Astin... Anal Retentive Commissioner. Classic.
Great opening recap too. I've been following WCM, but that really was a nice refresher.
Sometimes I just love these little blurbs. It doesn't really fit at all with what I'm doing, but there are definitely times I wish I could do them. Your comic format, in the sense that it's like an actual comic, is really pulled off so well.
I can't believe you made a whole match an arm wringer... And yet, somehow it worked. Hilarious stuff with Earl Hebner as well. Some unique offense in your second match. I've seen that in past episodes as well. It's fun. That powerbomb was brutal!
I was hoping for a bit more out of the last match, just because I thought that would elevate the story a bit, but I realized this was just a means to an end. Lots of run-ins though. Nice little reveal at the end.

Now then. Loved the start with Eddie in critical condition and him speaking. Loved it.
Really enjoyed the bit with Stephen Astin. The 1st match was short but I fricken loved the part with the ref speaking with cool dude!
Angryman in batista seemed like a good match. Some action. Both matches just one or two submissions and it is over. Dean coming out added a nice touch.
Nice promo with kidman and a beat down on Chavo.
Epilogue was awesome with Taker.

Fandan:Thanks for replying first, man. I like making the recaps, as long as they continue being fun to make, they’ll be part of the show. I like the blurbs too, though I do admit I like the regular Pic Fed format too. Maybe somewhere down the line I do something more “classic” in that sense. “I can't believe you made a whole match an arm wringer... Regan:I know you love longer matches, man, what can I do? Short show format, short matches. I’ve done shows that just went on too long and I want to go back to roots. Somewhere down the line I will show the “show” that inspired WCM, and maybe that will help explain why the matches are so damn short. Keep enjoying.

Man, I'm sorry it took me so long to reply to this. I just wish more people had replied so my absence would not have been so obvious! Even seeing the "new" Chris Angry figure in that flashback seems odd. Haha. That "eye closed" effect on Eddie looks so dang good. WHAT THE! Stephan Astin!? I knew it was Austin from his verbal usage, but this is something different. "And that's the final decision, because Stephan Astin affirms so!" That had me laughing! Haha. "How's the wife?" - "OLD!" Haha. That scene going down in a bunch of commotion in the middle of a match just made me laugh. Nice to see the cool dude picking up the win easy. I wonder how THE dude would fair against him, but I doubt we'll be seeing old J Bridges in WCM (yet.) Looks like now we've got the battle of the angries, with both men yelling it out to start. Wow man that powerbomb on Chris' head was really brutal! Angry Guerrero is here! Man, everyone is WCM is angry! Look at that face! Kidman taking the role of Raven here with the flock. Hey...Raven was in WCW...he'd fit right in with WCM! Maybe for later. HOLY SHOOT UNDERTAKER! WOW! Never expected that in WCM! Man, this was a short one, but I'm really glad that you're keeping these up, even if it seems you're not getting that many replies. If it's anything, I'll always reply if you make a show, just because I want to support this unique enterprise into fedding.

Finally, brm has replied to WCM!!!! Dude, what took you so long? I'm glad you enjoyed the show, I always say an episode is not complete until you comment on it and I mean it. Good to see you enjoyed it, it always puts the whole show under a new perspective for me, you have no idea how close I have been in these last weeks to ret-conning the entire episode. This has been the show with the least replies ever, but I'm not letting that get to me. Hey, WCM is, after all, the Pic Fed of the Year! I felt the show felt short too, in the sense that even though I'm tempted with 1-match or 2-match mini-episodes, I really feel the show needs 3 matches to have cohesiveness. This one did, but that last match with Chavo and Kidman didn't really feel like a real match, so looking back, the episode looks a little bit on the short side. I'm tweaking here and there to make WCM more fun and interesting for me, cuz I'd really like to keep knocking out more shows. It's possible that WCM has fallen into the category of odd-shows, much like Old School Jabronies or Byterens, but hey, I prefer to be odd and enjoy making my show than pulling out the same classic pic fed format (not knocking it down, I just know my show would not really stand out in that format from so many others who can do it better). Well, enough rambling for one evening, lol. Thanks for the reply, bro, always better late than never... |

This has really turned out to be a great fed ardilita! From the edgy presentation which I love by the way, to the way you take guys that have been used before like Jericho and kinda put your own spin on them to make them fresh and new. The dream sequence with Eddie was really well done and the whole rey scenario is by far one of the most creative I have seen on the board. Your show really does draw you in and I find my self not flipping through it just to get to the end like I do with other peoples work. Keep up the good work and most importantly.. KEEP THE BOARD ALIVE!!!!!!!

Doing my best, man. Rey has to be one of my favorite characters and figures, so that helps making stories for him easy. Trying to keep the board alive too, both putting out shows and replying as proactively as possible.

The comic book style is great, it gives a unique feeling in your fed, i really like your storylines there entertaining to watch and so are your matches i have never seen anyone use Frank stallone in a pic fed before and i think it's a really good idea, i like Billy Kidman's new heel role i think it's a nice change from the regular babyface role he normally has, the end of the show was great i can't wait to see what will happen with Eddie and the Undertaker. fantastic show keep it up mate . |

Haha, mel Gibson. (insert "Oh You" reaction image) Anyway.. I usually don't follow WCM. But, I decided to give it a try. The opening recap really helped. You make the comic style fed WORK, I guess I could say. You make it interesting and appealing. Billy The Baptist could go far. Eddie at the hospital was emotional, and good. I like how you have some made up characters, and some real characters. Makes the fed feel unique. Great JR commentary, throwing in analogies.Stephan Astin, play on words? Sorry, I can be slow when it comes to names XD. Nice promo by Astin. Astin affirms so, haha. Nice commentary by the wrestlers and ref in the match. Effective squash win. Chris Angry had me laughing. I think Bautista and Angryman could have a good math due to their similar styles. Vicious right hams?....Angry chop  "Lemme Go, Bro" haha.Isn;t that Colt Cabana's submission? The name escapes me. I can see why he's called Angryman... ;)Malenko! Oooh, distraction leads to Angry getting spiked on his head. Good promo from The Baptist to build off of the attack on eddie. Chavo fits in, being Eddie's cousin. Here comes the Flock! Uh oh! The Undertaker + Eddie and Rey = resistance to Flock! I like it. Can't wait till #10. |
