I know there a few people on here who dont get ther love for ryder and thats fine we're all allowed to have our own opinions on who we love and hate..but I notice a few people on here like to say that Ryder's popularity is a mere "internet fad".
Well after going to Survivor Series last night and witnessing it live first hand I can tell you that his popularity goes beyond that of the internet. As i walked throug the arena I saw thousands of fans decked in ryder gear, not just "internet fans" but younger kids as well proudly displayed their Broski gear.
Before the show the halls filled with Woo Woo Woo You Know It. from the time we got to our seats chants of we want ryder roared the through the arena and it continued from the dark match all the way to the ziggler morrison match.
Bottom line this kid is over with all fans.
If anything this justifies ryder's hate on here because if their is one thing I learned about WF it's that they hate when a wrestler is too popular and when younger fans cheer for their faveriot wrestlers (which is the whole point of wrestling btw to get as many people to cheer you)

The guy has become one of the top faces of the company, through himself. Pretty crazy success story

Yeah, with Cena backing him and the fans behind him, it's just a matter of time he moves up.

The New York crowd was behind the New Yorker huh? But yeah Ryder is over, not just on the internet. I personally think he'll make a dreadful US Champ unless they start making him look more credible but glad his self promotion finally paid off.

Maybe because Zack Ryder is from erm.. LONG ISLAND NEW YORK!?!?!?!?! hahaha of course you'd see a lot of people repping the hometown hero.

I'm afraid to comment on this because I don't want to give Slappy another aneurysm and I know I'd just get Lady Gaga thrown in my face again so I'm just going to keep quiet about it.

Exactly even the boston crowd chanted for ryder to the point that they had to drag him out from the back for a dark match And we all know boston is the anti new york

I am a big fan and even if you dislike the guy you have to respect the fact that he was unhappy with his position in the company and decided that he was going to take his career into his own hands and get himself over.
The way I see Zack Ryder is like this he is one of us he is just a fan who had a dream as a kid to be a wrestler and he worked hard and became a WWE superstar. The only thing I am not a fan of is his finisher.

He definitely started out as a fad, and no one can deny that. But he was able to become something much bigger and more than that, and he did it on his own rather than being forced down our throats. I didn't like Ryder at first, but he's grown on me and I look foward to what his future brings.
