An interesting story regarding Brodus Clay, which is coming from a report by the Wrestling Observer, states that when Clay finished shooting a movie for WWE Studios earlier this year, he asked what WWE creative had planned for him. WWE officials responded by saying they had no idea and suggested he come up with an idea for himself.
Brodus came up with the idea of being a monster heel that doesn't sell for the babyfaces, then beats them up and inducts them into his personal "House of Pain," similar to World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry. Brodus reportedly was told that it was a great idea.

LOL! I just imagine some slimy little WWE writer sitting hunched over a notebook furiously scribbling down other peoples ideas with somebody elses name attatched to them.
Kind of a D-Bag move on the WWE's part.

Without know if this factual or not, it's hard for me to give an opinion. If it we're true, I can't say I'm surprised, but the Hall of Pain has been awesome for Mark Henry. I'm sure they can still do something great with Brodus when they finally do bring him in.

Aside from the hall of pain, they still need to bring Brodus in and have him be a dominant heel and not fold for faces. He needs to stand up, and just destroy people. Heels, faces, tweeners. Doesn't even matter. He just needs to wreck house.

I don't like the idea of blatantly having him take Henry's Hall of Pain, but the rest sounds fine.

Seen a few reports like this, where one person has come up with an idea and another person has been given it.
The Hall of Pain has worked well for Mark Henry so I don't have that much of a problem, kinda sucks for Brodus though. But I feel he has something coming for him

They may bring Brodus in with this gimmick similiar to Mark Henry, then they feud after a while, with Henry going face, which has been rumoured recently. Hope not because Henry is doing great as a heel.

i think mark henry desereved it a lot more than brodus, and who knows what it would be like if brodus with through with this gimmick. i'm sure people would be complaining of him being shoved down our throats. i say it was a good idea to give it to henry.

I hope Clay returns all pissed from his return being pushed back week after week and destroys everybody. I wouldn't mind seeing him take the U.S. title off of Zack Ryder some point next year; it would probably make for some good heat.
