Same here xD
Everytime someone bothers me about it I just say, "well it's better than spending it on weed."

My dad helps me and thinks one or two figures a month is okay, but he doesn't approve my mass ordering from RSC.. That whopping one time $600 bill almost gave him a heart attack since I used his credit card. oops.
But they still support me, although they'll persuade me not to buy.

My family supports it. My mom, dad, and sister will occasionally pick me up a figure that they see while they're out if its someone they know that I collect. My brother and I used to both collect when we were little kids. Then as we got older his collecting slowed down. He only gets one or two every now and then, only of his favorites. My collecting continues to this day, however I don't buy as I used to. I've got house payments and stuff to worry about now, so I'm a bit more picky about who and how often I buy. My wife is probably happy that I'm a bit picky so I'm not spending tons of money on my figures. But she's really supportive as well. She actually talked me into a few figures that I was going to pass on.

She even helps find rare toys! Mine too. My wife bought me E9 Zack Ryder & The Miz a few months ago. She has a decent idea of who I'm looking for, so nearly every time she goes out to Walmart or Target I get a call asking if I want any particular figure she comes across. So, yeah, she's fine with it.

My family supports it so much, that my dad and I went looking for Elite 12 from 8:30pm to 11:30pm a few days ago (we found it)

My mom likes it, my dad is ok with it, some of my friends help me find some figures, but my girlfriend is my biggest supporter, she loves wrestling and has a little collection of her own.

Haha, NO! My wife hates it, & the rest of my family (besides my 10yr old little bro) make fun of it. But oh well, I do what makes me happy

My parents are kinda meh with it. My Mom is always telling me "Aren't you kind of old to be still playing and buying toys? You should spend you money on other things like Shoes or clothes for yourself. I think it's time to grow up." My dad says the same thing but when I buy he really doesn't care. He supports me more than my Mom does. My friends always criticize me about it and always make fun of me saying I still play with "Dolls" which doesn't bother me because I always tell him "I much rather be home playing with my so-called dolls than being out there racing and doing things that will more than likely end with me in Jail." :/

Its a collection and a hobby. I don't play with them. I buy them, I display them. I admire them. And I don't only collect WWE figures. I also collect those 12 inch figures from Hot Toys as well which cost more than a Mattel figure. Other than figures, I also collect die cast model vehicles (cars, fire trucks, buses etc) and transformers too. Oh and not forgetting my replica WWE belts.. Some of my family members question my hobby and my soon to be wife understands, or tries to understand my hobby of collecting toys. Toys aren't only for kids. For some adults like me, its a serious collection. Some people just don't get it :-)

Oppinions Vary in my family. I have 2 brothers, One of them Constantly Makes fun of me, as being a teenager who still buys action figures. The other one(oldest)Totally Encourages me, as he was a fan back in the day. And Im starting to really get him back into wrestling. My Mom Is Super Encouraging Loves seeing my face when i open up new figures. My dad on the other hand,(divorced), If iffy. He sometimes encourages me, but then majority of the time says stuff like " so why not save up money for a car, or buy something else". so Things are strange. Rest of the family just purely doesn't even know.

My mum supports me with collecting but sometime she will say "how many men can u have?" But after awhile she cool with it. Whenever my mum goes shopping I'll ask to look for a specific figure like once she went to Smyths and got me Elite series 11 punk and once she got Christian & tommy dreamer & hart dynesty for £1.50 Each two pack!!!! How amazing !!! My sister just always say "u collect naked plastic men"!!!!

I'm 28 years old i have a 6 year old son with another woman who lives with me and have been married to my 2nd wife foe almost 2 years, i dated her for a year before we got married. my wife buys me figures every once in a while and is very supportive, in fact she asked for an Edge fig. for her birthday, so i bought her one. whenever we go to walmart or tru we always head to the toys first to check out figs. my son has a john cena elite but plays with mine too. i play with all my figures i only display 1 and thats my elite Ryder and i put the u.s. title on him sunday night my inlaws buy me figures for my birthday and christmas and thinks it's riot to watch me play with them. every birthday my brother-in-law who is one year younger than me will steal a few to mess around with. i feel very lucky
