I'm fairly bored, here's a few tag teams I'd put together to make the division interesting.
The Perfect Sons Michael McGillicuty & Ted Dibiase
Modern Blackjacks Trevor Murdoch & Husky Harris Bring Trevor back, have them compete in FCW for a while to polish there in-ring skills and possibly add a mouthpiece to them.
David Otunga & Darren Young Both former Nexus members, could work well as tag team partners, with Otunga's new ring attire & Young's current one, just pairing colors and they could look like a real team.
JeriHawk Curt Hawkins & Chris Jericho If Hawkins goes back to his "Jericho" like trunks from last year, it could be like a student & mentor team, plus Hawkins would become huge after this.
Monsters Inc. Ezekiel Jackson & Skip Sheffield Monster tag team, just plain bad ass.

the Only two on your list I like are Dibiase/McGuilicutty and Murdoch/Harris. However I would change both of their names. I would change The Pefect Sons to the Fortunate Sons and I dont know what I would change Modern Blackjacks too. Sadly I dont see either team ever happening

I like them all except JeriHawk. The team would be to one sided.
Especially like the idea of Trevor Murdoch & Husky Harris. Wish WWE would do this ASAP.

I actually don't mind the idea for Michael McGillicuty & Ted Dibiase, I think they might actually make a good team. Of course with Michael going under his real name.
I really dislike the idea of JeriHawk, Jericho is way to big to be in a team with someone like Hawkins.

Here's my take (only talent currently under contract):
Existing: Air Boom Usos Primo and Epico Reks and Hawkins
Ideas: Percy Watson and Darren Young - South Beach Party Boys
Ted Dibiase Jr. and Richie Steamboat - Both young, athletic, clean cut second generation performers better suited for tag action than singles pushes at the moment.
Heath Slater and Trent Barreta - __________ Rockers/Express - Generic long hair, high flyer team. Although, I did like the New Freebirds idea if Gordy were under contract.
Mason Ryan and Skip Sheffield - Jacked powerhouse team. Could play up a "Terminator" type gimmick but not to the extent of Ryback previously.
Titus O'Neil and Ezekiel Jackson - Along with the aforementioned team, adds some credible big man teams to the division. A tag division with no diversity wouldn't be fun. Titus could tone down his current dog bark gimmick to be more like Big Zeke.
Abraham Washington and Bryon Saxton - Similar size and look. Two very capable mouthpieces.
While that is a lot of green talent (FCW/NXT/inexperienced) , tag teams is a great way to get experience. Imagine a division that had 10 teams! There would be plenty of creative storylines with and without the belts, instead of the same old three team cycle we've been given lately.

I honestly don't care who WWE puts together, I just want to see more tag teams. Tyson Kidd and Trent Barreta seem like they could be put to good use as a heel tag team.

I like these ideas. Tag Teams used to be a major part of WWF shows in the 80's. I miss those days. Killer Bees, Strikeforce, Demolition, Rockers, Hart Foundation, Powers of Pain, LOD, Brain Busters, Bulldogs, Dream Team, Islanders were just a few of the teams. There were tons of them. I like that they are trying to build the tag team roster again, but it is still kinda weak comparatively.

The headbangers want to make a return, and they're both in great shape from the looks of it. I wouldn't mind seeing it even if it was breif
