What's so great and why mostly everyone is pissed off about Jericho's return is because I assume they were all expecting some dark, ominous promo where Jericho is a full fledged heel and talks about destroying the WWE. But what did we get? Jericho jumping around, smiling, high fiving, screaming "YEAAAAH!!" and acting excited. ing greatness.

Could Jericho be schizophrenic? That could be a fun character for him, as long as it's not to close to R-Truth.

Well he didn't know what Kane was going to do with him under there. It turned out he would have exploded him. Reminds me of Freddy Kruegar.

So let me get this straight, Chris Jericho (better known to the IWC as GOD) returns tonight, an awesome WWE title match between WF's two favorite wrestlers of 2011 happens, and people are still bitching? Really? way to sugarcoat it. sure, the match was good, no argument there - but to build to a surprise and market it, then turn around and give us someone who has already been known for returning and was one of the two most likely is just a slap in the face to people who are honestly trying to enjoy the product. it's no different than tna's terrible build to sting...literally the EXACT same scenario, only people knew to bitch about it then and not act like they're in on something the rest of us aren't. it failed, period.

HOLY poop. I ing loved it, best RAW I can remember honestly. Only other recent ones that come to mind are Rock's return, Nexus invasion and Punk shoot. - Bryan/Rhodes. Two GREAT up-and-comers. - Barrett/Santino, one of the most hilarious segments ever not to mention Barrett was also really on point for his promo. - Miz/Truth, perfect segments before the Sheamus match. Maintained momentum and Truth in the crowd was really pleasing. Now the best bits: - Chris Jericho is BACK. My, and many others', all time favourite and self confessed saviour is back and what a way to do it! EVERYONE will be tuning in next week to see just what that was all about. Needless to say, having the crowd do such a 180 on you within a matter of minutes, WITHOUT SAYING A WORD?! ing awesome. - 6 man tag was, I thought, lame as anything. I don't care for any feuds except Kane and Cena. Then BAM. Kane comes out, strangles Cena and tries to kidnap a helpless Ryder? I know a lot of you guys aren't keen on the more 'supernatural' esque storylines, but personally, the way that such an element can co-exist with the rational is what makes wrestling so amazing to me. Think about it, we know it's all fake, and yet we allow ourselves to trick ourselves that it isn't for entertainment purposes. Kane, the character, is totally not of this world. To consume Ryder and Cena into that reality certainly makes for some compelling TV. I remember an interview with Christopher Daniels once where he said wrestling was the real life comic book and that's why he loves it. I think he's spot on. I loved this show from start to finish! You saved me a lot of typing. I feel the same exact way.

Was that an attempted rape scene at the end there or is that just me?

It has most people confused and wondering. They will turn into Raw next week to see what the hell is going on with Jericho. This is something different than the obvious attacking or explaining ones self that most returns consist of. Let it play out. Don't complain just because he and Punk aren't thrown into a fued, or because he didn't reveal his master place right at the start.

A MAD CRAZY ASS RAW.
But it was actually great, Almost the WHOLE show was great and usually you can tell what matches and segments lose the most ratings but most likely other than the Divas match i bet the ratings didn't even drop THAT much. Raw was crazy but epic but could have been better.
Next weeks Raw should be a must see.

^ Agreed. Major Fail, Jericho is one of the best..but this booking sucks. Punk jobbing to L-boy's losers and the master of the mic not speaking a word? Really? I came up w/ better stuff when I was six playing w/ my Jakks figs. Strange how I look forward to Smackdown more than RAW now.

I came up w/ better stuff when I was six playing w/ my Jakks figs. Strange how I look forward to Smackdown more than RAW now. I don't understand what is going to please people. Find me something that WWE has done in recent memory that was shrouded in as much mystery as Jericho's return tonight. You can't, because there hasn't been anything. The possibilities right now are endless. Jericho proved tonight why he's still an absolute force to be reckon with inside a wrestling ring. He had the crowd wrapped around his finger and then turned them on a dime without ever having to say a word. This is the BEGINNING. That's why the campaign was called It BEGINS. And what the hell is wrong with the way the Punk match was handled? They're going to have a proper rematch on Pay-Per-View. Ziggler, who is an amazing talent, is going to get a Pay-Per-View title match with CM Punk. I expect nothing less than them tearing the house down. Punk can't be on the winning end all the time. As a face, a heel has got to get the advantage at some point. Not to mention, this is obviously leading toward some sort of Punk/Laurinaitis match, in which Laurinaitis inevitably gets his ass kicked and the crowd explodes for Punk.

That return worked perfectly and I thoroughly enjoyed the show and I like how they are making Kane an intelligent monster that is going to make all of Cena's friends turn against him.
