yeah I read that too and would welcome a return from RVD.
theres some great dream match potential for RVD in WWE at the moment....and I would enjoy seeing him motivated again.he has been phoning it in during his TNA run with very few exceptions.

Can't say I would mind. I'd love to see Rob Van Dam VS CM Punk in a WWE ring but I don't think he'd last very long with WWE's current wellness policies.... WWE's Wellness Policy does NOT call for a suspension for Marijuana use. They only find the invidual rather than suspend them. Long as RVD keeps paying the fine, which he would be making more than enough money to do so, then there won't be any problems. What about Evan Bourne and R-Truth?

One of my all time favorites, so I definitely wouldn't mind an Rob Van Dam return. There are so many great matches he could put on with some of the younger stars in the WWE, its unbelievable. As previously mentioned, though, its going to be hard for him in the long run with fines and such.

They used K2, for some reason thats a suspension in the wellness policy. As for RVD returning I would be all for it. Hes a talented guy that can still go.

Synthetic Marinjuana aka Spice such as K2, Mary Joy, Mr. Nice Guy etc, is a different classification than real, THC containing Marijuana. Learn to read and educate yourselves people.

I'm cool with him coming back, but how long would he last with the Wellness Policy? He already had issues during his first run.

Learn to read and educate yourselves people. Don't be an idiot. Anyway, strange they will suspend for a legal substance and only fine for an illegal substance. You would think if real weed was only a fine then the synthetic legal stuff wouldn't be more strict. Though K2 does have a lot of dangerous side effects.

Van Dam looks at least 36 but I would love to see him return, it would be awesome to see him back.

Though K2 does have a lot of dangerous side effects. Spice is illegal now. I know they keep coming out with different ones, but like 6 of them have been scheduled by the US government. My guess as to why they would suspend for Spice and only fine for Weed is because Weed is virtually harmless for your body and mind compared to Spice.

Yeah but it isn't looked on very well by the higher ups. I remember reading about guys who have had their push squashed because of it. Not to mention, pot was the reason he had his monster push in 2006 completely killed. Meh. WWE already knows this is a factor when it comes to Van Dam. Besides, it's just Pot. I'd much rather a wrestler smoke a natural plant than take synthetic heroin(Oxycodone) for being in pain. As far as I know, Brian Kendrick's push was stopped, and was eventually released because of that, and again, as far as I know, he paid his fines.

RVD didn't look so impressive in TNA he has lost his edge in my opinion. He may not be a shell of his former self yet, but he is certainly close. WWE doesn't need him.

I'd welcome him back as I think he would fit in very well with the current product, and would bring a different feel to the main event. However, I haven't seen any of his work in TNA...and I question how well he can go/handle the rigorous schedule at 41 years old.

Ric Flair did it when he was in his 50's. 41 isn't old, most of the main guys are in their late 30's and early 40's.

Have you seen RVD lately? Clearly the style he had worked took its toll on him, he doesn't get around nearly as well as he used to, and hasn't had matches in TNA anywhere near the level he did previously in his career.

RVD is in the best shape i have ever seen anyone in his 40s be in.
he could have alot of good matches in the WWE
RVD VS CM Punk RVD VS Dolph Ziggler RVD VS Cody Rhodes
and many more. id be more than happy for an RVD return.

RVD is 41?! holy That's what I said. I had no idea he was 41. I'd love to have RVD back, he's definitely one of my favorite wrestlers of all time, always been one of my favorites ever since I first started watching wrestling.

RVD can still go, I'm all for it. Plus RVD vs. Ziggler/Rhodes/Punk/Bourne/Bryan/Miz, any of those would be awesome if done right.

Clearly the style he had worked took its toll on him, he doesn't get around nearly as well as he used to, and hasn't had matches in TNA anywhere near the level he did previously in his career. This. Maybe I'm in the minority here but as someone who has watched him work every week for the last two years I'm not sure why so many people want to see him back. His matches are really boring and all the exact same now and it would be more of the same in WWE. Outside of maybe 2 or 3 matches his TNA run has been about as lackluster as it gets. I can honestly say that the only reason I want RVD back is so I can get a Mattel figure out of it. RVD used to be amazing to watch but I haven't felt that way in a long time.
