I actually agree with Gingrich in that the only thing Romney really has going for him is this media-created theory that he's "electable."

Not trying to bring an argument in here, nor do I have any other kind of explicit agenda besides wanting to share a comment which likely doesn't require another thread about the issue of gay marriage/parenting (and it's not in the homophobia thread because this is more about the actual candidate himself...not to mention it's locked).
"On Jan. 6, Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum told a New Hampshire audience that children are better off with a father in prison than being raised in a home with lesbian parents and no father at all. "
Just wow, if there was ever more a reason for me to NOT vote for him, I'm not sure I want to know. As someone who actually HAS a father figure in jail including my biological father (hell if I know if he's in jail or dead), for him to actually say that angers me to no end whatsoever.

You're preaching to the choir. There's a plethora of dumb quotes/stances when it comes to Santorum. I'm personally embarrassed that he represented my state. Oh, and...

That debate was terrible. Crowd booed Paul when he said he didn't want to bomb anyone. Lots of applause for war and killing anyone who we don't like.

Was this in the same state last time he was booed in a debate? They are in South Carolina. 3 more state senators from South Carolina will be endorsing Paul. ![:)](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/smiley.gif)

That was the same debate where the gay soldier was booed. Those kind of audience members make me weep for this country.

I have a Masters degree in Education and degrees in both social studies and political science. It is my expert opinion that what this country really needs is a President with a beard.

We haven't had a bearded President since 1893. We've had 3 with a mustache since then but the last one with facial hair was 1913. Nearly 100 years without facial hair in the White House.

I didn't see but according to your statement it seems as if Paul didn't do great. Americans should be booing Romney. He is a liar and electing him would be bringing back the bush year. Ron Paul 2012
