While I still stand by my original statement of never, ever wanting to see the match again, if you were there live at Wrestlemania XX, you'd understand why I might see that original match in a favorable light. The match was one of the funnest I've ever seen live, simply because the entire crowd was united and just verbally destroying both Lesnar and Goldberg. The reaction when there live was simply astounding. For a significant portion of the match, the mid to upper tiers were turned away from the ring, facing the balcony, and chanting for a guy dressed like Hulk Hogan who was "hulking up" in the 400 section. It was hilarious. I was there also and the crowd really was awesome during that match. I remember the guy hulking up he was around my section i was siting in and the crowd was just going nuts for him.

does everyone understand that it was because Vince booked the match this way that it was so awful?if was all to do with Lesnar or Goldberg this match was originally booked to mirror the epic clash between Steiner and Goldberg that occurred at Fall Brawl 2000.....an over the top power brawl when Vince and Steph found out they were both leaving they decided to stick it to the fans at MSG(the only people that were hurt)and have the 2 do what they did.

According to Steve Austin, neither guy knew what to do during the match. They kept shouting at each other about what the other wanted to do. So....no.

Maybe Goldberg wants to show that he can have a better match with Lesnar than the one at WM20. I wish he'd be #30 at the Royal Rumble this year.........i know it's only a dream..
