Shortpacks and store exclusives are what the retailers want because they generate more foot traffic into their stores where people might buy other things also. Retailers also don't want empty pegs so they what case heavy of the mom/kid friendly characters. They don't want lower tier wrestlers, bad guys or case heavy villians superhero lines...because they feel in the long run they'll sell the heroes/popular characters over the others...So they are always going to have more figures. I get that and that's fine, but they should offer second case variations to the online specialty stores like RSC who will never be able to sell all the Rey figures they get in their RRH orders when he's packed 4 per case.
With DCUC for a while they were offering oline retailers solid cases of certain characters. Why can't they do that with the WWE lines? This way RSC or other's can order say 20 cases each of Bret & HBK and maybe 1 or 2 cases of guys like Rey or Cena. Or if they didn't want to offer solid cases why not on the Online cases make Bret, HBK & Goldust the heavy packed figures and Rey & Morrison the 1 per case figures? It could be done as it is now each wave of DCUC has 2 or 3 case breakdowns so why not with the WWE?

PJ that to me sounds like the perfect fix. A much better answer than "well Cena & Rey sell well to kids so we pack them 346 per case"

I too like the hunt, when you find a rare figure its more rewarding and worth it. I spent $5 in gas to get the only vickie at a town 25 mins away from me. We also did family stuff while we were there so we got our gas worth. Why not call the place before you go far away??? I know people grabe all the short packed to sell them, but thats another great feeling when a collector Beats a scalper!!!
