The Wrestling Observer is reporting that on 1/9, prior to the WWE Raw taping, Triple H did in fact call Ric Flair to inform him that The Four Horsemen would be inducted into the 2012 Hall of Fame. Flair was at the Impact tapings at the time, and was told that the announcement would be made later that night on Raw.
It's being said that no one in TNA said anything to Flair about the announcement, and a press release issued by WWE yesterday continued to promote Flair as one of the inductees this year. Pre-Sale information for the Hall of Fame is also listing Flair's name, and Jim Ross has speculated that there's a good chance Flair will appear, so despite his contract status with TNA, it looks like that's what WWE is expecting.
-----------------------------------------------------------
He said it himself.

it wouldn't be the same if he wasn't there, in my opinion.

So is JJ , Barry , Tully, Arn and Ric going in or is it the induction of the other members or be along side Flair?

Flair is really just wasting his time in TNA.

I think deep down Vince and the WWE want Flair with them. I think Flair was being a bit stubborn a few years ago. I hope they can work it out so Flair can get as far away from TNA as possible.

I can't explain how bad I wish he didn't go to TNA. By doing so he's added an absolutely horrible period to his career. I wish he had just walked away after WrestleMania 24. I was there, the atmosphere was immense. I'm 100% sure he'll be at the Hall of Fame.

Flair might be the only person in professional wrestling who is above the law.
Since he was nearly every wrestler's idol when they were a kid... I don't think anyone dares to tell him what to do or where can and can not be. He is welcome any where regardless of contracts. lol.
By the way, how gangster is it that Ric Flair will have 2 Hall of Fame rings. Wooooooooooooooooooooo!

2 rings cool. I would love to see a Hart Foundation induction - probably the only way to get Owen in. Anvil, Owen, Bulldog and Pillman need to be in it.

It'll be nice to see Flair and Trips together again. I wonder what their relationship is like these days.

i have to agree with you juice...Flair put over a jet plane and refused to do the job to a broken back wooooo lol, I guess we have different definitions of gangsta. Considering we even spell it differently, I would say so. "I don't even know if I'm gangster... now THAT's gangster." (when I was originally saying Ric Flair is gangster, I meant it as Ric Flair is the f'n man... for the record. I was not referring to him as carrying guns and selling crack to the kids or anything like that. lol.) (but coming to the hood to sign some autographs in the back of a broken down grocery store when you're a celebrity is pretty gangster if you ask me)
