lol, I guess we have different definitions of gangsta. Considering we even spell it differently, I would say so. "I don't even know if I'm gangster... now THAT's gangster." (when I was originally saying Ric Flair is gangster, I meant it as Ric Flair is the f'n man... for the record. I was not referring to him as carrying guns and selling crack to the kids or anything like that. lol.) (but coming to the hood to sign some autographs in the back of a broken down grocery store when you're a celebrity is pretty gangster if you ask me) Aha, right I get you now. And I would have to agree.

Why wouldn't the WWE have sorted this all out with Flair before announcing the Horsemen being inducted?

Flair might be the only person in professional wrestling who is above the law. Since he was nearly every wrestler's idol when they were a kid... I don't think anyone dares to tell him what to do or where can and can not be. He is welcome any where regardless of contracts. lol. By the way, how gangster is it that Ric Flair will have 2 Hall of Fame rings. Wooooooooooooooooooooo! As much as I love Flair, sadly...He'll probably hock both of the rings for money

Fair enough, it's celebrating his career in the faction, I don't see the point of him getting another ring, but he should be there. The only thing I'm alittle disapointed with is the lack of Ole but i'm guessing that was due to Ole and not bad feelings on behalf of the WWE.

Curious as to how many in this thread remember the real Horsemen? I'm lucky enough to have caught the tail end of their run. Not a flame, just genuinely curious.
Not only will Flair be there, I hope that it's a massive middle finger to TNA for wasting and embarrassing him.

Member of the Horsemen or not, Flair does not need two rings.

Member of the Horsemen or not, Flair does not need two rings. Why? Pro-wrestling has a unique situation unlike other HOFs. You can make a career with a singles career, a tag team career, or if you're that damn good, both. Ric did both, he can have two. Expect Bret Hart to have two sometime soon when the Hart Dynasty is inducted. I'd have said Eddie Guerrero as well with the Radicals, but somehow I think Chris ruined that.

I think you mean Hart Foundation. Harry Smith and Tyson Kidd probably aren't getting in anytime soon. Radicals are definitely out. Besides, I don't think Saturn is much of a HOF'er. I could see Malenko get in but only after his father. nWo will probably get in at some point. Wonder who would represent them. Probably Hogan, Hall, and Nash.

D-Genertation X is never going to go into the WWE Hall of Fame separately.
Shawn Michaels is already in, and Triple H will go in within the next 5 years.
But X-pac is not going in. Road Dogg is not going in. Billy Gunn is not going in. and Chyna SURE AS HELL is never going to be mentioned by WWE again!
Besides their brief stints in DX, which was not as good as the Original with Michaels and Helmsley as the main members, X-Pac, Road Dogg and Gunn did not have Hall of Fame careers.
That would be like inducting all 68 members of the nWo! It's not going to happen. Hogan is in. Nash will probably get in, but I don't think WWE wants to do business with Hall or have him connected to WWE currently.

If they did happen to go in as a group and HBK got a second ring it wouldn't bother me that he got a second ring, but I don't think EVERYONE in the entire DX group deserves a HOF ring. HBK is already in, HHH will be soon.....but everybody else who's ever been in DX (except Rick Rude for 3 weeks) doesn't deserve to be in the WWE HOF. But they put KoKo B Ware in, so I guess the NAO and X-Pac wouldn't be a "stretch'....I just don't consider them to be Hall of Famers.

The Radicals and DX would NEVER get inducted.
And why would the Hart Family go in? Stu and Bret are in, I can't imagine them inducting the entire family when the two most important people are already in. Only Owen is someone I'd want to see in.
And why shouldn't Flair get two rings? He's sure as hell earned them.

I wonder if Paul Roma will be there? Seriously though, I wonder if ALL the former Horsemen members who are still alive will be there in support. That would include Ole, Sting, Mongo, Roma, Luger, Jarrett, Malenko and Sid.
