Intrested in what you do with this, hopefully you make this plenty different to what happened in real life. Your a good booker and you can keep up diaries so I'm expecting a good long diary. Good luck.

Note: This isn't a real first show in the diary. It's more of a Prologue, and it loosely based off the real draft show for intended purposes. WWF @ State College, PA - Bryce Jordan Center - March 25, 2002 Before the show begins, we are greeted by Linda McMahon at the WWF headquarters. She announces tonight we will see the first ever WWF draft, between Raw Owner Ric Flair and Smackdown Owner Vince McMahon. She makes a few announcements, saying Vince McMahon will have the first overall draft pick. Also, the three competitors competing in our Triple Threat main event for the WWF Undisputed are not eligible to be picked. Secondly, Stone Cold Steve Austin cannot be drafted due to contract issues. Therefore, he will be a free agent and he may sign with the brand he chooses, whether it be Raw or Smackdown. She finishes her screen time off by saying the draft will be in effect on the April first edition of Raw, and she wishes the best of luck to all the superstars of the WWF. The camera zooms out to all the wrestlers in a room watching the show on a TV.
The usual Raw opening is played followed by the pyro. Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler welcome us to one of the most historic nights in WWF History! Jim Ross mentions how only twenty picks will be made tonight and right after we go off the air tonight, a draft lottery will be held on WWF.COM to determine the fate of all the other superstars.
The show begins as Vince McMahon walks out to the stage to loud heat from the crowd. He says as of result of winning the coin toss, he has the first pick in the WWF Draft. The crowd continues to boo and Vince says he will crush Ric Flair and Raw with Smackdown much like any other opponent that has stood in his way… and that starts right now. With this, he announces his first draft pick, The Undertaker! The crowd pops and we are taken backstage to where The Undertaker is shown sitting down, smirking. As we go back to the stage, Vince is leaving and the theme song of the WWF Tag Team Champions hit to have our first match.
Non-Title; The Hardy Boyz(w/Lita) def. The WWF Tag Team Champions Billy & Chuck(w/Rico); This was a decent opener here, and the crowd was hot for The Hardy Boyz. Rico tried to interfere in the match, but has plan was thwarted by Lita. The distraction allowed Jeff to hit the Twist of Fate on Billy and get the three.
As The Hardyz celebrate their huge win over the Tag Team Champions, we see Ric Flair make his way out here, getting ready to announce his first draft pick!
Break
The theme song of “The Nature Boy” hits and the Raw Owner comes out to applause from the crowd. He thanks everyone for the warm welcome. He says Vince may think he got the best possible pick he could get. Ric says he thinks he may have got someone even better for Raw’s first draft pick….. The Rock! The crowd goes insane and we are taken backstage to see The Rock’s reaction, where he is simply nodding his head. The Rock actually gets up and leaves the room, leaving people in question to where he is going. We had back live to the ring where Flair has left and Booker T is making his entrance for the Wrestlemania X8 and Smackdown! rematch against Edge.
Edge def. Booker T; The crowd was behind Edge here for obvious reasons. With Kurt Angle not at ringside, Edge was able to secure the win with the spear.
We head backstage where Vince McMahon is in his War Room. The crowd boos as Kurt Angle barges into the room. Vince asks what does he want, and Angle says he can’t believe that he wasn’t number one! He tells Vince he knows that he is the best wrestler in this company, and he can easily bring every title over to Smackdown for him! McMahon tells Angle he has all the intentions to draft him, but up next he wants to draft the nWo. Kurt tries to tell him it’s a terrible idea, but Vince insists on going on. Kurt keeps pestering him about it, so he announces Smackdown’s next pick is Kurt Angle! Angle looks overjoyed, but we are taken to the War Room of Ric Flair and Arn Anderson.
Ric has a huge smile on his face, announcing his next pick is none other than the nWo!
Break
Mr. McMahon makes his way out to the stage, irate. He says he’s not going to waste anymore time, as his next draft pick is Hollywood Hulk Hogan! The crowd pops, but things get even louder as the theme song of The Rock hits! Rock is just about ready for his match against the nWo, with Hogan, but he also has a microphone. Vince cuts him off before he can say anything, telling Rock that he wants to leave before Rock can start any of his…. but he is then cut off as well as Rock yells “IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT YOU WANT!” The crowd pops and Rock tells McMahon he refuses to let him waste the people’s time for any longer! McMahon responds by telling Rock to just shut up, and he hopes he enjoys having the nWo on the same brand. Vince tries to leave again, but Rock steps in front of him. He simply calls him an “bunghole.” The crowd pops and Rock comes up with an idea. Every time Vince comes out to make a draft pick; this side chants “YOU ARE” and the other chants “AN bunghole!” They already start to chant it as a furious Vince tries to yell at them to shut up, but he is completely drowned out. He storms off the stage as the Rock delivers his signature “IF YA SMELLLLL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING!” before walking down the ramp for his match.
The Rock and Hulk Hogan def. The nWo VIA Disqualification; Rock and Hogan brought everything they could in the handicap match, but eventually all the nWo members came in the ring to beat on them, causing the ref to call for the bell.
Suddenly, fire exploded on the ramp and the crowd went insane. Kane made his way out to the arena and the nWo line up in the ring, getting ready for the monster. Kane steps over the top rope and enters, X-Pac charging, but he gets nailed by a huge big boot! Hall tries next, but is met with a huge uppercut. Nash charges in and gets a few shots Scott, but Kane fights back and clotheslines him over the top! Kane stalks Hall, but The Rock gets back up and plants with the Rock Bottom! The crowd pops and Kane turns around, giving X-Pac the Chokeslam! nWo roll out of the ring; and Kane sets off his huge pyro before the break.
An advertisement plays for our next pay per view, WWF Backlash.
Break
Returning from break, we see a replay of what happened moments ago with Kane saving The Rock and Hulk Hogan from a vicious attack from the nWo.
We are then taken to the War Room of Ric Flair, who is discussing draft picks with Arn Anderson.
European Champion William Regal def. Diamond Dallas Page to RETAIN; DDP has his rematch for the European Championship here tonight. DDP was very impressive here tonight, and seemed to be only seconds away from taking the title back, but Regal slipped the brass knuckles on while he was playing to the crowd. This allowed Regal to put Page in a headlock and pop him with the brass knuckles so the ref couldn’t see it.
The crowd boos as Regal escapes from the ring and clutches his European Championship. The ref checks on DDP and his condition as the champion high tails it on the ramp.
Backstage, Mr. McMahon barges on Flair and Anderson with Kurt Angle. Flair is surprised, and the bunghole chants breakout, but Vince fires away with a question, asking about what he just heard, which is Flair has picked Rob Van Dam! Ric smiles and nods his head, and Vince is furious that he has picked the Intercontinental Champion. He fires back with his own move, though, telling Flair that he drafts the European Champion William Regal! Ric Flair stands up and ups the ante by drafting the Hardcore Champion Maven! McMahon snares and says he is drafting the Cruiserweight Champion Tajiri! Both men engage in a stare down before Arn calms Ric down and Vince leaves the room, going into a commercial break.
Break
We head to WWF New York with Woman’s Champion Jazz, and Jim Ross asks her for her take on the draft so far. She states that no women have been drafted yet simply because it doesn’t matter which brand any of them are on, the only thing that matters is the fact she can appear on any brand she wants as of result of her title.
Rikishi vs. Mr. Perfect never got started; As Rikishi was in the ring, and Mr. Perfect was walking down the ramp, Brock Lesnar stormed in with Paul Heyman and attack Rikishi!
Lesnar takes him down with a huge clothesline and he begins to put the boots to him. Paul yells words of encouragement to him as Perfect stays up on the ramp, watching. Eventually, he backs off, but he’s just stalking the big man. Once he gets up, Lesnar picks him up and plants him with the F-5!
As Lesnar and Heyman leave the ringside area, Ric Flair comes on out to the stage to cheers from the crowd. Before making his pick, he just reminds everyone that he will get Stone Cold Steve Austin to sign a contract for Raw right here next week. As for right now, he would like to make another draft pick for the Raw brand, the man we just saw in action….. Brock Lesnar! Flair smirks as we are taken to McMahon’s War Room, were he is upset about the announcement. Angle tells McMahon that he needs to outdo him right now! He agrees, and he selects The Big Show for Smackdown. Angle looks a little worried about having to compete with Show on Smackdown now, but Vince doesn’t seem to be paying too much attention to him.
A graphic hypes up our next contest, brand versus brand, Rob Van Dam taking on Tajiri when we return live!
Break
Ric Flair is still out on the stage, and it seems like he’s all set to make his next pick already. He says he still needs to make a few more picks here tonight, and with a short amount of time left he’s not going to waste anymore. Therefore, he would like to introduce the next Raw draftees….. The Dudley Boyz! Flair smirks, but the theme of Mr. McMahons hits to loud heat. Before he can even speak, the crowd chants “You are….. An bunghole!
Trying to stay calm, Vince announces his next pick, Billy and Chuck, the WWF Tag Team Champions! The crowd boos and Flair, not looking all impressed, decides to make his next draft pick….. Booker T! The crowd can’t even get a reaction in, because Vince says he wants to choose the man who beat Booker at Wrestlemania, Edge! Flair nods, but in turn, he makes the first diva pick of the night….. drafting Lita! We are then shown the cameras backstage, where Matt Hardy looks worried over Lita getting drafted to Raw. McMahon laughs at the last choice and he goes on to pick Christian! King talks about how they are just toying with the future of the WWF Superstars and Flair mentions that he drafts Rikishi! Ric gets another grin on his face, but McMahon tells him he’ll have to wait for his last pick as the crowd begins to boo again.
Non Title; Intercontinental Champion Rob Van Dam def. Cruiserweight Champion Tajiri; This was a fun, fast paced match here between the two champions. Both men must have been feeling the pressure of their bosses as this is the first ever official brand versus brand match. Eventually, Van Dam sealed the victory with a frog splash.
Rob Van Dam celebrated his win on the middle turnbuckle, posing with is thumbs and the Intercontinental Championship.
Backstage, we can see Stephanie McMahon getting ready for the triple threat match up next. Michael Cole approaches her and asks what is going through her mind in what could be her last appearance in the WWF. She corrects Cole, telling him it’ll be her first appearance as the WWF Undisputed Champion. She smirks and says she has developed a genius plan to ensure hey victory up next, and it is going to be sweet beating Triple H for his own WWF title.
Up next is our main event for the Undisputed Championship, Triple H defends against Chris Jericho and Stephanie McMahon!
Break
Before our main event can begin, Vince McMahon comes out to the bunghole chants again. McMahon says Kurt Angle has told him Flair had intended in saving this draft pick as his last one, so without further a due….. Smackdown’s final draft pick is Chris Benoit! The crowd pops and McMahon smirks, but Flair comes out onto the stage, obviously not too happy. He says he is sick of seeing McMahon’s face so often tonight… suddenly he is cut off by McMahon. Vince begins to trash all of the picks Flair has made, and saying his last one will obviously be the worst of all! He says he’ll be unintelligent, unfit, and he won’t be able to hold a candle to Vincent Kennedy McMahon. Suddenly, the crowd gets ecstatic and Flair tells Vince his last pick is standing behind him. He turns around and it’s Kane! He gulps and Kane simply stares a hole through him. He tries to apologize, but he simply ends up escaping to the back. Kane follows and Ric Flair gets on the microphone again. He thanks everyone for coming out tonight, and next week the Flair Era will start on Raw! He guarantees it will start off with a bang, because next week, he WILL sign Stone Cold Steve Austin to a contract. The crowd pops and Flair leaves the stage as Stephanie McMahon makes her way out for the main event.
Break
WWF Undisputed Champion Triple H def. Chris Jericho and Stephanie McMahon in a Triple Threat Match to RETAIN; Jericho and Stephanie tried to work together in the match, but the partnership eventually fell through. In the end, McMahon went to hit Triple H with the World title, but he ducked out of the way. It then connected with Jericho, knocking him out! The crowd popped as the champion spun her around and slammed her with the Pedigree!
The crowd pops as Triple H is declared the winner and is handed the two titles. He poses on the turnbuckle before calling for a microphone. Security comes out to escort Stephanie, but she clings onto the ring post. Once they finally pull her off, Triple H leads the crowd in a “Na Na Na, Hey Hey Hey, Goodbye” chant. She screams at them as Triple H smirks in the ring, holding his two titles in the air as the first ever draft goes off the air.

I loved the original Draft! I was nine years old and I remember absolutely loving the concept haha, it was so exciting to see something brand new happening. I like the rosters and like you said, that first show is pretty much a prologue, so I'll give you a proper reply on the next proper episode. Good luck with this, and I hope it sticks.

WWF @ Philadelphia, PA - First Union Center - March 28, 2002 The usual Smackdown! Opening plays before we are greeted by Michael Cole and Jerry “The King” Lawler. They hype that this is the last show where the brand split will not be in effect. They also talk about some of our matches tonight, with the APA in their last match against Billy & Chuck, Kane versus nWo member X-Pac, and Hollywood Hulk Hogan versus Chris Jericho, with the winner facing Triple H for the Undisputed Championship at Backlash!
The theme of Mr. McMahon hits to loud heat. The Smackdown owner has a microphone and he wastes little time in speaking. He mentions how this past Monday on RAW his daughter was forced to leave because of that ingrate Triple H! He talks about how if it wasn’t for the McMahon family, he wouldn’t be in the position he is in today! Before Vince can say more, the theme of the WWF Undisputed Champion hits to a loud pop. Triple H tells Vince he has no regret for what he did to Stephanie on Monday, and in fact, if he could do it again, he would. McMahon tells him he is sick and tired of the disrespect that he has shown the McMahon family. Triple H takes a step closer and tells him to do something about it. McMahon gulps, but raises the microphone and tells Triple H he will have a match in the honor of Stephanie tonight. And it will be against Smackdown’s biggest draft pick….. The Big Show! McMahon smiles and says the match is up next. He leaves the ring and Hunter takes off his shirt; and readies himself as Show makes his entrance.
Non Title; WWF Undisputed Champion Triple H def. The Big Show) Triple H was at a clear disadvantage tonight, and he tried to hit the Pedigree, but he couldn’t hook the giant arms. Just as it seemed Big Show would finish the champ off with a Chokeslam, it was countered and Hunter hit a knee smash, causing Show to stumble. He then mustered the strength to hit a spinebuster and he covered for the three!
The crowd pops as Hunter celebrates with his titles on the top rope. The champ has certainly sent a message to Hogan and Jericho.
Break
We return to see Vince McMahon, not too happy about Hunter’s win. With no surprise, Kurt Angle walks into the room. Vince asks what he wants, and he responds by saying he has a great idea. Tonight, Tommy Dreamer will try to bring the Hardcore Championship to Smackdown!, so while RVD is here, he should face him for the Intercontinental Championship tonight! Vince actually looks okay with the idea, and he tells Angle the match is on, but soon The Undertaker storms into the room. McMahon is taken back, and ‘Taker demands to know why he wasn’t included in the Number One Contender match tonight. Vince apologizes and says he’ll make it up to him next week. ‘Taker mutters “you better” before storming out of the room.
A replay from the Draft is shown, with Brock Lesnar destroying Rikishi.
Brock Lesnar w/Paul Heyman def. Spike Dudley) Paul was an ear sore for this match. Spike tried his best against what Heyman proclaims “The Next Big Thing,” but Lesnar quickly finished him off with an F-5.
Paul Heyman raises Lesnar’s arm in the ring and talks more trash before we go backstage.
The APA is show backstage in their office to a loud pop. Bradshaw has a can of beer and Faarooq is smoking a cigar. They talk about all the times they’ve had over the years as a team. Bradshaw says he’s pissed it has to come to this, just because Flair and McMahon have giant egos. Faarooq calls it a damn shame, but says they need to go out there tonight for their last match. Bradshaw agrees and says they should just kick some ass. Before they get up and leave, Bradshaw throws out an idea of having a big party after their match. Faarooq smirks and agrees before they leave the room.
Break
Non Title; The APA def. WWF Tag Team Champions Billy & Chuck w/Rico) We come back from break and the WWF Tag Team Champions were on the stage, making their entrance. The match was decent, and the APA was able to overpower the champions. In the end, Bradshaw finished Chuck off with a huge Clothesline from Hell as Faarooq hit the power bomb on Billy.
The nWo is seen backstage to heat. They talk about they can’t believe Flair picked them! Hall says he thought for sure McMahon was going to pick them, but he picks Angle instead? Now they’re stuck with that freak Kane? Nash says X-Pac can take care of Kane up next, but they need to focus on The Rock next Monday. They all agree and Hall assures X-Pac that they will have his back out there tonight. X-Pac smiles as Nash and Hall push random staff members out of their way.
A graphic appears, hyping up Kane versus X-Pac coming up next!
Break
We are taken to the office of APA, were multiple superstars are seen drinking beer and playing cards. The list includes Tajiri, Torrie, Christian, Hurricane, Booker T, Goodfather, Val Venis, D-Lo Brown, Crash Holly, and others. It appears that the APA has convinced Torrie to play strip poker. The all seem to be telling stories and laughing until Tajiri points to his hand. Bradshaw looks at it, and appears he has won! All the guys get excited as Torrie has to take something off, but she simply takes off a piece of jewelry. Everyone seems extremely disappointed before we fade out.
A replay from Raw is War is shown with Kane saving The Rock and Hollywood Hulk Hogan from the nWo.
Kane def. X-Pac VIA Count-out) Just when it seemed like Kane would finish X-Pac off, the nWo slid him out of the ring and fled, causing the match to go to a count-out.
After the match, Kane is shown leaving the ring, and he heads up the ramp chasing after the nWo!
Rob Van Dam is shown getting ready for his match with Kurt Angle for the Intercontinental Championship later on tonight.
Break
Backstage the nWo is seen in a group, making their way through the back. They head over to the parking lot, but as soon as they open the doors, Kane is standing there! The crowd pops as he grabs Hall by the throat and he throws him into the wall. Nash and X-Pac head the other direction and Kane chases after them.
Hardcore Championship: Tommy Dreamer def. Maven) This match was nothing outstanding, and Dreamer was able to win the title with a DDT onto a trash can.
Tommy Dreamer had almost no time to celebrate after being handed the title, because Raven slid into the ring and cracked Dreamer in the back of the skull!
Hardcore Championship: Raven def. Tommy Dreamer) With Dreamer dazed, Raven hit the Even Flow DDT and covered to capture the title.
Raven escaped with the title and headed up to the stage, where he raised the title high as Dreamer and Maven were left down in the ring.
Marc Llyod is backstage with Kurt Angle. Llyod asks him about his Intercontinental Championship match against Rob Van Dam up next. Angle says it’s his chance to bring the Intercontinental Championship over to Smackdown, and prove why this brand doesn’t need Stone Cold! All it needs is your American Hero, Kurt Angle! He says tonight he is going to snap RVD’s angle in half and make him tap, oh it’s true, it’s damn true!
Break
The nWo is once again seen backstage, but this time without Hall. They’ve finally made their way out to the parking lot, but just before they can get in the limo, Kane appears out of nowhere and hits the uppercut on Nash! He grabs X-Pac by the throat, but suddenly he is hit from behind by a pipe! It appears to be Scott Hall and the nWo start to gang up on Kane, but The Rock comes out of nowhere and hits shot after shot! He throws Nash into some crates and goes after Hall. Kane is back up now, and he throws X-Pac right into the limo windshield! Rock throws Hall to the ground, and turns around to Kane. The two actually shake hands and they stand tall over the nWo.
A replay is shown from last week on Smackdown! with Kurt Angle costing Edge his match against Booker T.
Intercontinental Championship: Kurt Angle def. Rob Van Dam VIA DQ; RVD Retains) While the ref was knocked out, Kurt Angle hit RVD with the title. He then proceeds to wake the ref up, but he couldn’t get the cover as Edge ran into the ring and hit the spear!
The crowd popped as Edge nailed shot after shot onto Angle. Kurt tries to escape, but Edge pulls him back in by the leg and continues to hit multiple strikes to the head. Eventually, the ref and security are able to pull Edge off and separate him from Angle. Kurt fleas from the ring and into the crowd as Edge remains in the ring, with a deranged smile on his face.
Backstage we are taken to the APA’s party. They are still playing poker with Tajiri, Wilson, and Christian. Christian is one card away from winning, so he slams them onto the table and throws a fit. Everyone is startled by this and he continues to bash his fists into the table until he calms down and puts his head against the table. Suddenly, European Champion William Regal walks into the room and says “I told you so” about the draft splitting the APA up. Faarooq and Bradshaw stand up and say they may be out of luck, but they are also out of beer. So, that means the party is over. In a near split second, they take a shot at Regal and a brawl erupts! After a minute, Bradshaw knocks down Booker T to end it, the APA standing tall. They walk out of the office and close the door; Bradshaw flipping the open sign to close. Faarooq says it’s been a hell of a ride, and Bradshaw agrees.
Break
Hollywood Hulk Hogan versus Chris Jericho goes to a No Contest) WWF Undisputed Champion Triple H was on commentary for this match. Right before Hogan could finish the match off, The Undertaker ran out to the ring! He grabs him by the throat and hits the Chokeslam. Jericho gets up, and ‘Taker plants him with the Last Ride!
The ref throws the match out and Undertaker stands tall over both Hogan and Jericho. Triple H stands up from his seat and ‘Taker points to him. Undertaker leaves the ring and heads up the ramp, stopping on the stage to raise his fist as Hogan and Jericho are left down in the ring, everyone in confusion to who is facing Triple H at Backlash!

WWF RAW: Monday 25th March 2002...Obvious start to the show explaining the rulings of tonight's Draft. Good way to kick off the show with Vince McMahon and Ric Flair, and Undertaker being drafted to SmackDown! is for better cause. I see Triple H coming to RAW for sure. Hot opening contest to kick off the show with the Hardy Boyz beating Billy and Chuck, but it'd be too obvious to give the Hardys the WWF Tag Team Championships at this stage if I'm honest. Good to see The Rock come to RAW, I'm interested in what follows this. Wonder if Rock's gonna be sticking around. Edge beating Booker T again I dislike. I wish Booker got a win in this, since Edge got the win at WrestleMania X8 a few weeks ago. Kurt Angle suits better on SmackDown, good decision. Same for the nWo on RAW. I hope Scott Hall handles himself better here and Kevin Nash watches his quad. Hollywood Hogan on SmackDown! is great, to help younger talents out. Nice Rock interruption too. The Rock and Hogan teaming against the nWo for the last time was good to see, continuation of the storyline with the disqualification finish, and good choice for Kane to come in. Maybe the Kane and Nash feud that was meant to happen will take place now. That's hoping Kane comes to RAW. Logically I'm surprised he wasn't drafted up immediately because of his impressive work. William Regal retaining the WWF European Championship from Diamond Dallas Page was expected, please keep DDP around for sure. Rob Van Dam to RAW is ideal, followed by William Regal to SmackDown!; this equals out our mid-card champions. Maven and Tajiri to RAW and SmackDown! also fills out the lower card champs. Rikishi and Mr Perfect not starting due to Brock Lesnar dismantling Rikishi was great; loved that Perfect wasn't attacked. Problem with logic where Flair decides to draft Lesnar to RAW for what he just did to Rikishi, whilst Kane wasn't drafted to RAW despite what he did to the nWo. The Dudley Boyz to RAW is great, I'm liking how they're remaining a team, just make them a different team and change their characters; they're running stale at this point. Billy & Chuck to SmackDown! is great, you should have made the WWF Tag Team Championships dual-branded though. Don't bring in the World Tag Team Championships yet either. Booker T, Lita and Rikishi to RAW is a nice decision. Edge and Christian to SmackDown!? Great call. Rob Van Dam needed to beat Tajiri to make the WWF Intercontinental Championship relevant. Ah nice, Chris Benoit to SmackDown! when he returns, let's hope you stick to that rather than having him come over to RAW automatically. Kane to RAW, was waiting all night for that one. Obvious win for Triple H against Chris Jericho and Stephanie McMahon to retain the WWF Undisputed Championship. Not a bad starter show.
WWF Draft...Good to see Al Snow on RAW, hopefully he remains of some importance. Bradshaw away from Faarooq is odd but good, I hope Bradshaw gets the push he was given that Spring. D-Lo Brown was still around then? Keep him in a safe, good position! Eddie Guerrero shouldn't have been announced, he's obviously going to appear shortly. Haku!? Monster push please. Great! Make Goldust as risque as possible. Make Justin Credible noticeable, such an underrated talent. Lance Storm on RAW was an odd decision, since he'd be safer on SmackDown! to retain the wrestling quality image it resembled. Team Xtreme making it to RAW together is nice to see, keep them in a high role. Do something great with Mr Perfect. And Raven. Screw it, keep Rikishi relevant again. Tazz is still on RAW? That's weird. Who will commentate with Michael Cole on SmackDown! now? I'd rather Cole have someone other than Jerry Lawler to give an alternative of commentators with each brand. Over on SmackDown!, sad to see Scotty 2 Hotty not make it, as I think he could have been a great WWF Cruiserweight Champion. Albert's definitely going for the monster push now. Chris Jericho and Christian may be able to start their teamwork early. Crash Holly on SmackDown! is great, put him in a program with Tajiri shortly. He could make a hilarious WWF Cruiserweight Champion too. DDP like I said, keep him around. Hugh Morrus deserves a push of sorts as well, definitely. Another underrated name. Hell, the Hurricane and Crash? Could work. Wish Jacqueline and Mighty Molly weren't put on SmackDown!, they're both quality womens wrestlers and deserve a shot at the WWF Womens Championship. That reminds me, weird how Jazz ended up on RAW whilst in reality it was dual-branded. Tommy Dreamer on SmackDown!, things could get hardcore. I hope Test gets a quick push.
WWF SmackDown!: Thursday 28th March 2002...I was worried that this would start the brand split, I'm glad it didn't. Mr McMahon kicking off the show was good, liked Triple H interrupting him. It was a surprise to see the Big Show as a heel suddenly, unless this is just his role for McMahon tonight. Triple H was clearly going to get the win in this big opening contest. Maybe a little too big; here they weren't into making big matches open the show that often (following promos). It would have made a first hour main event instead, but nevermind. Liked Kurt Angle's ideas, Tommy Dreamer, Paul Heyman and Rob Van Dam eh? EEEEEXXXXXTREEEEEEEEMMMEEEEEEE~! Brock Lesnar squashing Spike Dudley put Brock over well. You should have had him beat Albert, and start Albert's monster turn off with him taking his loss out on Scotty 2 Hotty. Just another idea. The APA creating their final drinking party is great. I could see a heel turn coming. Good win for Bradshaw and Faarooq, nice send off for the team. Nice little party sequence, amusing too. It seems like you aren't pulling the protective boyfriend storyline with Tajiri and Torrie Wilson, which could be fun I guess. But SmackDown! needs more heel cruiserweights. Also, Christian and Booker T are there despite being heels...I don't like that. Kane beating X-Pac was obvious, maybe Scott Hall is a better choice. Kane them taking out Hall backstage was a nice backfire on the nWo's plan to lead Kane into a dangerous area backstage. Was surprised to see you take the WWF Hardcore Championship from Maven so swiftly, but I liked how Raven immediately stole the WWF Hardcore title back for RAW. Love the continuing shots with the nWo and Kane, and X-Pac introducing that pipe was great. That reminds me, wondering if you write Kane off for a while or not. Appreciated Rock making the save, as it fits him into the show somehow. Kurt Angle beating Rob Van Dam by disqualification was expected...should have waited until RAW to return Eddie Guerrero honestly. More shock value to the live show. There's your feud up to Backlash and beyond over the WWF Intercontinental Championship though. The final APA party segment explained everything, and gave closure to the team. Interested in where this goes for each men in the future. Hollywood Hogan and Chris Jericho to a no contest was weird, great main event though and loved Undertaker getting involved, I expect 'Taker will be against Triple H at Backlash though. Not a bad show overall, looking forward to how you book the branded shows from this point.

Eddie didn't return yet, it was Edge who attacked Angle.

Alright, draft show was a solid start to the diary. I liked the interactions between the superstars and the owners throughout the night, they were generally well done. The rosters seemed to be split different and pretty well overall.
Smackdown, liked the Triple H/Vince interaction to open the show. Triple H/Show was a decent opening match up and Triple H picking up the win was expected. Not too sure about Angle challenging for the IC Title but he and RVD should be a decent match. Taker storming in was nice. Hopefully Brock receives a Brock-like push and continues to squash people on a fast track to greatness. Liked the APA segments throughout the show nice send off for the team, though I kind of wish they didn't go over clean over the tag champs since they'll never really be able to avenge that loss or have a rematch, I am glad that they won their final match as a team I just wish another team took the fall. Kane/nWo segments throughout the show were fun and I look forward to a continued feud between the two parties, a Rock/Kane alliance against the nWo could be fun to read as well. Liked Edge attacking Kurt Angle as well and like that you are going down that path in making Edge a legitimate main eventer, hopefully you do take it to the next step as well in this. Hogan/Jericho was a good main event, Taker coming out was good and I expect we'll see a Taker/Triple H feud which should be good as well. And whilst I like you seemingly going down some of the same paths as real life, hopefully you branch off soon and demonstrate your creative side. Overall though good start, not a whole lot to complain about and I look forward to more.

WWF Jakked @ State College, PA - Bryce Jordan Center The Hurricane & Crash Holly versus Albert & Scotty 2 Hotty went to a No Contest; Albert turned on Scotty during the match, planting him with a huge Baldo Bomb! Following the bell, The Bossman ran out and helped Albert beatdown on Scotty! It seemed like the two have formed an alliance.
Mark Henry def. D-Lo Brown; An interesting match as these two are former tag team partners. After Brown missed the Lo-Down, Henry crushed him with the World’s Strongest Slam to get the three.
Chavo Guerreo def. Spike Dudley; Both men tonight looked to gain momentum going into their respected brand. The two put on an exciting match for the crowd, which Chavo eventually took the win with after a huge Frog Splash.
Non-Title; WWF European Champion William Regal def. Al Snow; The European Champion was in action against the crazy Al Snow tonight. Snow had a lot of offense here, looking to earn a shot at the title he used to have, but Regal was able to shut down the RAW superstar with a Knee Trembler.

WWF Sunday Night HeAT @ Philadelphia, PA - First Union Center
Mr. Perfect def. Goldust; A decent way to kick off the action here with two vets going at it. The crowd was much behind Goldust, but eventually he fell to a Perfect Plex from Mr. Perfect after a low blow while the ref was distracted by a removed turnbuckle pad!
Rikishi def. Lance Storm; This match wasn’t anything special. Lance Storm nearly got the win with a superkick, but soon he was finished off within minutes by the Rikishi Driver.
Non-Title; Woman’s Champion Jazz def. Ivory; Jazz wasn’t in action on RAW or Smackdown this week. The Woman’s Champion impressed tonight with a tough victory of Ivory, who had put up a valid effort.
The Dudley Boyz def. Albert & The Bossman VIA DQ; It seems like Alberto and Bossman have now become a team. The match was thrown out when Albert refused to leave the ring after being tagged, but it seemed like the new tandem only cared about proving a point. They double teamed D-Von until Bubba tried to make the save, but he was a victim of the numbers game with D-Von down.

It seems if a few brand switches have taken place before the draft goes into effect. Scotty 2 Hotty has been moved to Smackdown! for the Crusierweight Division. It seems like Tazz has been moved, most likely for commentary with Michael Cole. Meanwhile, Jacqueline and Might Holly have been moved over to RAW, to elaborate the Woman's Division. It is said at the moment the brands are very loose, and trades can happen at anytime. [/center] Note: Jakked & HeAT will be posted like this for the most part. One of the reasons I quit on '98 was due to no motivation to write HeAT. I figure this is better than quicker results.

I'll make sure to leave a more detailed response to the next show you post, but I'd like to make mention that Mr Perfect vs Goldust would be a great match to watch. Jakked and Heat seemed like realistic results for the show.

A fine opening promo between HHH and Vince. I also liked that the match happened right then and there between himself and Show. I've always liked big matches starting the show to get people to stay interested in the program. I'm interested to see what Vince is going to do to make Taker happy. I wonder if you are going to quickly insert Brock in the main event picture or will you take it slow? I would've liked to see Bradshaw turn on Faarooq here. After all, it's their “last match” together. I don't think I like them beating the champs, really. I hope you use Raven's talents outside of the hardcore division. He will wasted if you don't! I enjoyed the brawl between the New World Order, Rock and Kane. A fine finish to the program as I guess we are getting Taker/HHH at Backlash. I thought it was a standard show.
