I think the displays/cubes at Walmart and Kmart have more to do with this than anything else. If it wasn't for this, I believe people would be having a much more difficult time finding her.

Vickie (if she was even in them) and Zeke (save for one) were always gone at my 4 Walmart displays and 2 Kmart cubes. And my stores probably won't put out more of the series because Rey, Undertaker, and Morrison are never going to sell.
1 per every other case makes it a bitch for me and other normal people who don't have the time to line up at Kmart at 8 AM on the exact day or the exact time they put the cube out to acquire a well made figure of an over character who is on TV multiple times in a week. Maybe I'm pessimistic, but every cube I got to had Riley/masked Rhodes/Zeke save for that 1 and Vickie missing. I'm glad I got her off of here because I would have never found her.

I've seen everyone in B13 tons of times, minus Vickie who I've never seen at all. I got her off here, happy with the purchase.
Isn't it time we just admit, none of us knows a thing about the way a figure sells unless we somehow have the Mattel sales numbers sitting in front of us. Mattel has very little control over distribution to the hands of the consumer. Meaning, 10 people in Chicago may need Vickie, but they have zero on the pegs. However, 2 people in Dallas may need Vickie, but they have 10 on the pegs. Those Vickies were distributed through Walmart, so Mattel could have been wrong but the consumer thinks they were right because they live in Dallas. There is no way to judge at the retail level, especially not based solely on the findings of one specific area.

I've seen 6 Vickies (both of the Wal-Marts near me had 3 in their cubes. One of them has two still in the cube, the other moved all three to the pegs and got rid of the cube display. Zeke and Taker are also moving very slowly.

The first case I saw had 3 Vickie's in it. Mattel's distribution is very erractic, it seems.

Vicki's not hard to find in my area at all. both my KMarts still have the same 2 from 2 weeks ago and now there's a couple at my 3 different WalMarts too. it's a good figure but i just don't collect basics or divas.

I can't find her anywhere and any online price is still too much.

My Wal-Mart got in one case of B13 a week ago, and there were 10 figures left - Vicki and a Zeke were missing. Went in there again today, and there was a total of 27 B13 figures on the shelf - No Vickies and only a couple Zekes. The rest are sitting there, and will probably sit there for a while, keeping future assortments from coming in.
