- Big Van Vader (with Harley Race) defeated Hacksaw Jim Duggan with the Face Eraser at 12:06 to capture the WCW U.S Heavyweight Championship.
- "Das Wunderkid" Alex Wright defeated Jean-Paul Levesque at 14:03 with a roll-up.
- Johnny B. Badd pinned Arn Anderson (sub for The Honky Tonk Man) to retain the WCW Television Championship at 12:11.
- The Nasty Boys were victorious over WCW World Tag Team Champions Harlem Heat via disqualification. Sister Sherri tried to interfere by launching herself from the top rope, but ended up on top of Booker T! This ended at 17:49.
- Mr T. pinned Kevin Sullivan in just 3:50.
Sting beat Avalanche (with Kevin Sullivan) by disqualification when Sullivan interfered. After a beat-down on the Stinger, Hulk Hogan made the save with a steel chair.
With Hogan still in the ring, "Macho Man" Randy Savage revealed himself to his former tag team partner. After several tense minutes of these two men standing across the ring from each other, Savage offered Hogan a handshake. He accepted, and the crowd went wild.
- WCW World Heavyweight Champion Hulk Hogan (with Jimmy Hart and "Macho Man" Randy Savage) defeated The Butcher (with Kevin Sullivan and Avalanche) to retain the belt. Hogan hit the Atomic Leg Drop at 12:07.
Following the match, the Three Faces of Fear were cleared from the ring by Hogan and Savage. Just as they began to celebrate, U.S Champion Vader emerged from backstage, walking down the aisle with bad intentions. He got right in Hogan's face, yelling that he wasn't afraid of the Heavyweight Champion. Hogan repeated the same to the giant in front of him. Starrcade '94 ends with both champions nose-to-nose with both their title belts raised in the air.

1995 was generally a bad year for wrestling in general, so it'll be interesting to see how you go about this, Chaz. Kinda sad to see Vader in the opening match, after holding the world title in 92? I hope he gets a second rise to the top sometime down the road.

I'm with everybody in the Vader stuff and sticking with it. Also... please keep the future HHH. That guy could be really good in WCW.

I think the verdict stands. Just make this Vader Championship Wrestling and you'll be spotlight and hall of fame in no time.
