What have been your favourite parts of The Rock vs John Cena fued?

I'm just wondering how the hell the WWE is gonna get Cena out of that building alive after he beats Rock. If Rock beats Cena, then the WWE's current face of the company isn't on the level of the previous face of the company, and if Cena wins then a crazed fan will assassinate Cena on his way home. So it's a lose/lose for the E, but a win for the fans no matter what.

Fans aren't as crazy as they were in the 70's and 80's, they'll all just go home and bitch about it on the internet. |

Literally the first couple of weeks, with Rock's return, the back and forth including Cena's rap, and the announcement of the Mania 28 clash, was all amazing. Since then, it's all been crappy, no other word for it.

My reason: The feud is driven by real emotion shared by both competitors and fans alike. Everyone who's associated with Wrestling in the least bit knows the story and has taken a side.
Also, to put my two cents in on Cena's life expectancy after Wrestlemania: He HAS to win. John Cena did the job to RVD and CM Punk in those heavily invested situations. This win is a must both to garner an unprecidented reaction from the crowd, and to make Dwayne kick rocks all the way back to hollywood (Ok, that last part is wishful thinking. But really, a Cena win is necessary).

Loved it all to be honest, but the parts that spring to mind are, obviously, Cena's rap(s) (great for a throwback), Cena trolling the fans at the Slammy Awards (expertly done), and The Rock returning to the ring at Survivor Series having not lost a step in almost a decade. But honestly, as a mark for both men, and this having been my penultimate dream match since 2003, I've loved every last bit of it thus far. Can't wait for WrestleMania.

The announcement of the match was my favorite. Since I was going to Mania 28 regardless of the card, getting that announcement shot me off my couch. They have never done anything like that and at that moment in time I really cared about seeing that match. That being said, you lose interest over the course of a year, largely because Rock isn't around. He needs to get back and on Raw and really build the feud. Cena vs Rock has always been a dream match for me personally so I am excited but I want to see some effort put into it as well.
I did love the return promo though. If I wasn't going to WrestleMania, that probably would have been my favorite moment so far.

Not only did the greates superstar of all time return, but he verbally destroyed Cena.
...Survivor Series was awesome aswell.
