Just because someone is a champion, doesn't make them use-able or relevant.
Also, 'story-line wise' John Cena took him out I'm pretty sure?

I don't mind Swagger at all, and I honestly didn't realize so many people didn't care for him. But to answer the question, he has been a regular on Superstars for the last several weeks. He beat Santino pretty recently, which is hilarious since Santino is now in the EC going after a World Title and he has lost two weeks in a row on  ing Superstars. |
