Nice effort, but I don't like the hair on Warrior at all, he was never bleach blonde.

That warrior is promising. A couple recommendations for your warrior symbols... from looking at it you new at it...so my recommendation would to paint them first then outline with with a very fine brush to give them their distinct shape and also to give them a little pop. Also, this will help you with improving the overall design of the shape of the symbol...also giving you the ability to "tighten" the design up ultimately giving them a more accurate look.
As far as the hair, please change it to brown. Warrior DID bleach his hair on several different occaions....BUT this isn't anything like the look he had when he did it.
Lastly, try another outfit... maybe something he actually wore. Start off with like his late 80's attire...simple mono-toned colors with symbols on the boots and buttcheek...then work your way up to the WM6 era (neon neon and more neon) THEN to his bleech blonde look of the 96 return...with all the elaborate air brushing (he did have outfits containing elaborate air brushings before 96 i know)...

This a very weird looking Jeff Hardy attire, maybe because I haven't seen him where something
like that yet. I really like the Ultimate Warrior custom, it like the hair choice you had along with
the facepaint and the wristbands.
