How can I take of the trenchcoat without ripping it?

You have to cut the middle.

I cut the anke in the middle and the shoulder.

Just cut down one of the sides of the symbol in the middle. It makes it easier to take on and off and it still looks great.  |

As said above, a small cut on one side of the symbol allows the jacket to come off, still looks good when put back on.
I don't think anyone has managed to get it off yet without cutting

You don't even have to cut it.Just look at the symbol holding it together in the middle...It's got tabs that are glued on both sides of the coat, just peel a tab off one of the sides. This way when you want the coat on him the tab will still work as a clasp to hold the coat together.

Elix Skipper doesn't need to be cut out of his jacket. His jacket comes off easily.
