The Bret vs Backlund match was a very, very rare "bad" match from Bret(though I blame it more on the stipulation and Backlund than Bret). LT vs Bam Bam should not have been the main event(though the match was far more entertaining than the Cena vs Miz main event last year and both men atleast gave an effort). Taker was in a crappy feud w/ King Kong Bundy as well here. Diesel vs HBK was the only good thing from this event, though the match is a tad ruined for me since Shawn botched the powerbomb at the end. |

19, 17, 20 (for the factor of being there) and 18 were the best.
I also enjoyed Wrestlemania 14, it was the first one I watched fully live.

To this day, I honestly believe that Wrestlemania X-7 ranks not only as the greatest show in the history of professional wrestling, it also compares favorably to other major sporting events and entertainment extravaganzas. It was the kind of show, in my opinion, that you could show a non-wrestling fan and it would keep them completely entertained for its duration of four hours, which is quite the accomplishment.
