Evan Bourne, who has been serving a 60 day suspension for his second violation of the WWE Wellness Policy, completed his time on Saturday and is now clear to return to action.
As noted in the Wellness Policy, should Bourne violate the policy a third time, his WWE contract will be terminated. It is possible, however, for a talent released due to policy violations to be re-hired by the company. The following is the language of the WWE Wellness Policy concerning the re-hiring of a released talent:
A WWE Talent who is terminated by the WWE for a third violation will be prohibited from returning to the WWE for at least one year. Before a possible return, the WWE Talent must test negative for all prohibited substances under the Policy during a pre-contract screening. If they pass the pre-contract screening and are approved to return, the WWE Talent must undergo mandatory unannounced testing for at least one year after the execution of the new contract. The WWE Talent will return with two strikes on his/her record.

While I am a fan of his, I wouldn't be shocked to see him released. He's had his chances and he has already messed up twice so close in between.

I liked him but he seems to enjoy drug use more than his career so he can go back to the indy's for all I care

Yeah, drugs aren't a big deal, but doing something wrong once and repeating that mistake just weeks later makes him an idiot. I don't think anyone is saying that he's a bad guy, just an idiot.
