i feel bad for him and still respect him a lot, he's still a better performer than most young guys which is insane considering his physical breakdown issues over the years. and imo once karen left him he's gone through mental hell it seems.
i think kurt has always been an excentric personality,kinda hard to deal with in daily life i'd guess,but karen kept him in check and was the mental guidance he needed in his life, without her to look after him...well, it's bad.
i also believe he's frustrated that tna hasn't gotten bigger yet, it may be an ego thing but i think deep down he believed he would've made more of a diffrence there. and he's realising that he does not have many more years left and i think he has a hard time grasping the fact that if he stays in tna, his big send off won't be that big at all. and y'know, i can't blame him, if i would've gone through everything he has and was one of the most respected wrestlers on the planet, i would feel bad about having to retire in a second rate promotion as well, a name like kurt angle deserves a grand send off, ric flair wm24 style. idiotic twitter behavior or not, he's still kurt f'n angle !
if he was truly happy in his work place, he probably wouldn't drink and rant as much online either because he would be in a happier place mentally.
perhaps wwe could help him with his issues better than tna does as well, providing angle wants to accept vince's rehab offer next time around...wwe may claim they don't want him but i do not believe that for one second, i'm convinced that wwe would jump at the oppertunity to have him back and i truly feel the only reason they haven't, is because they're worried about his well being and vince doens't want another benoit down the line. he offered kurt help when he was broken down in wwe and kurt didn't wanna accept, he left and instead of resting and maybe coming back recharged, he jumped to tna and went into a very physical feud with samoa joe. talk about self mutilation...
but wwe not wanting or missing kurt angle ? yeah i'm sure that's why they tried to recreate him in jack swagger then...or why they have apparently signed another promising amateur wrestler who resembles angle...vince would jump at the oppertunity to get angle ( and brock for that matter) back because he knows they are STARS that can draw at big events like wrestlemania, but it's not as easy as just slipping them a contract, many outside issues have to be resolved first and so far that hasn't happened.
