correct me if I'm wrong...cause I probably am.... Chris Jericho is the only man to hold each of the following titles WWF/E Championship World Heavyweight Championship Intercontinental Championship European Championship WWF/World Tag Team Championship WWE Tag Team Championship Hardcore Championship You could count the Cruiserweight Title as well since the WCW Cruiserweight and WWF LightHeavyweight were combined. If you count the Cruiserweight Title, Jericho is only missing the US Title to have held every men's WWF/WWE Championship Jeff Hardy and Christian are close Both need a US title, and Cristian needs a WWE title run

angle show and edge are the only ones to hold every active title in the wwe apparently (although I would count angle because of how the tag titles are unified)

Speaking of which, did you know Hulk Hogan was booked for the first Wrestlemania.....AND the first Starrcade? Always thought that was interesting that he was on the undercard of the NWAs biggest even of the year just months before winning the WWF Title.

I never knew of this at all!! So cool! Okay then, since Orton and Slater beat McDaniel and Youngblood at Starrcade, do you think that still would have been the out come if Hogan was still in the match?? And why did Hogan not do the show then??

And why did Hogan not do the show then?? I would imagine Hogan & Wahoo would have won honestly. I can see Youngblood being a "weak link" that Hogan wouldnt have been. IIRC, Vince either offered Hogan money to come back to the WWF right before Starrcade or Inoki did one and he went there instead. Obviously we know where he ended up. Ive never really looked hard to see what Hogan was doing in December of 83. Im sure with some research it could be figured out.

Was Hogan working for the AWA then?? Cause I know AWA and the NWA always seemed to have a working agreement.

Was Hogan working for the AWA then?? Cause I know AWA and the NWA always seemed to have a working agreement. From what Ive been able to find, Hogan left AWA in late 82. He then went to Japan for Inoki. I would imagine that since NJPW was part of the NWA, when he was in the states he worked for Mid-Atlantic area (as he previously had time spent in MACW and GCW) so he was just being used to beef the card up. ***** Actually I just looked and it says Hogan and Inoki teamed up for the annual NJPW tag team tournament. So apparently he either no showed, told Crockett he wasnt coming or something but either way he was in Japan at the time, even though he was booked.

in December of 1983 Hogan was back in the WWF,as they were starting the build to his match against the Iron Sheik for the Belt. i remember him coming out 1 or 2 times to second Bob Backlund in some matches....

Starrcade back then was in November though. I would assume Crockett was trying to get a lot of big names to build a super card and had plucked guys from Japan too since they seemed to always have a decent working agreement.

I am a big Angle fan, but you're accurate as far as Jericho is concerned.

Chris Jericho has the record of most reigns as WWE IC champion with 9, but doesn't break the top ten of longest combined reigns.
His total time accumulated time as champion is half the time of the list topper, two time champion & WWE hall of famer, Pedro Morales who reigned for 619 days.
Shelton Benjamin was the most dominant IC champion of the 2000s coming in at number 10 of longest reigning champions over combined reigns. He stands with 354 days holding the strap. The longest under 400 days in history.

I think the WWE really missed out on him. I don't know if it was his mic skills, or charisma, or whatever it was but he was always one of the better wrestlers on the roster in my opinion. Maybe he'll make a comeback. He could really solidify the upper mid card right now with feuds with Ziggler, Rhodes, etc.
