If I had the ability to do it, he would appear on Raw the night after Wrestlemania, destroy The Rock, and have a show-closing stare down with Cena. Right off the bat he is legitimized by beating up an all-time great and immediately entering into a feud with the biggest star in the company.
I think you have to make an immediate impression. I hardly doubt Albert, at age 40, was brought back to be built up from the ground. Give Cena something to do during the spring while Punk is feuding with Jericho. Have Tensai go over strong on Cena, who will likely be coming off a huge win over The Rock, and you have instant heat, instant credibility.

Making a star isn't about having him beat crappy workers like Khali and Ezekiel Jackson every week, its about making him feel important. Everyone beats the jobbers, not everyone beats John Cena.

I'd have him and for his first match squash The Great Khali, and I mean just brutally beat the crap out of him, even to the point that Khali gets bloodied up, doing the blade job etc (I know its PG but the question is how I would build him up, not how WWE PG would build him up). The match would finish via referee stoppage. I would have everybody such as Road Agents, Officials and everybody running to the ring been all like WTF? For the rest of the broadcast the commentators would keep dropping in lines such as "I can't believe what we just saw from Lord Tensai" and "One of the most dominant monsters in wrestling "The Great Khali brutally assaulted in one of the worst beatings we've ever witnessed"
The Next week the show opens with the commentators still talking about what happened with Lord Tensai and how he brutally savaged the 7 foot former world champion. This week his opponent, Mason Ryan, same thing, he gets squashed, blades and gets bloodied up, match ends again by stoppage and Mason Ryan gets stretchard out, all the officials are going mental running out etc, Josh Mathews attempts to get some words but Tensai just snarls and walks off without saying a word.
So a few months would go on with Tensai just dominating people, winning matches by referee stoppage. By this point people realise he's a big deal. Enter John Cena, who cuts a promo about how Tensai is taking things to far, how as entertainers/wrestlers we have a duty and we owe it to each other to know when to draw the line, and Tensai is purposely trying to injure someone, maybe even kill them. Cena would then go on about he all stands for Hussle, Loyalty, Respect and how Cena will be the one to stand up to a Bully and challange Tensai to a match at the next PPV. After this Cena would head backstage with all his buddies telling him all about how its suicide, etc, but Cena gives it the whole, I gotta do what I gotta do. So come the PPV Cena gets in a few good shots but its not enough, dispite putting up a better fight than anybody else Tensai still dominates Cena, bloodies him up and puts him in hospital, thus sidelining Cena for a few months.
So by this point Tensai has basically dominated and bloodied every big monster and hospitalized John Cena. Cena would then come out a few weeks later and announce that he's not sure if he wants to compete in wrestling any longer and discusses that maybe its time for him to hang up the boots (or trainers)
I would keep kayfabing it outside of TV, have wrestlers constantly complaining in the public eye about how he works too stiff, I would plant false dirt sheets about how he has heat backstage for been too stiff and doing things off script etc that he's not suppose to do.
Although obviously WWE would never allow him to squash Cena or there top guys and they would never allow blade jobs or extreme violence, but hey...

This is the perfect way to debut Lord Tensai, why aren't you on WWE Creative, I feel like you can do a way better job than them especially when it comes to storylines and debuting superstars

As Lord Tensai leaves the arena with the WWE title, Vince McMahon walks up to him, gets on his knees and begs him to have mercy on the WWE. Lord Tensai looks down at Vince, and spits in his face. Tensai then gets into his Ferrari with the Bellas, puts on his sunglasses, and drives out into the night as the arena explodes behind him.

I gotta feeling that he's not even going to speak at all when he arrives. IMO, Sakamoto from FCW (the guy in his 2nd promo video), will do the talking for him and be his follower.
Anyways, someone is gonna f'd up mercilessly the night he debuts, which I'm almost certain will be the night after Wrestlemania.

I have him come in against Cena and if he beats him he gets a wwe contract. And then I have Cena go over and A-train is fired

Back in the day the guy was an OK wrestler but now hes amazing and has improved a ton. If WWE pushes A Train to the top without dropping the ball then Lord Tensai can turn out to be one of the best things to happen in the WWE in the last few years.

Have him come in like Umaga, but have him pick off the biggest dog on the yard, Cena.

The problem with him going DIRECTLY after Cena when he debuts is the question of where does he go from there? Let's say he actually does go over Cena... then what?
The idea of him coming in and absolutely decimating Khali would be great. I hope that's actually sort of what they have in mind for him when he debuts.

Lord Tensai comes in like how Umaga did, just comes out on a tear, undefeated streak and all and during this streak decimates Khali, and also decimates Big Show as well and also beats mid-carder after mid-carder even going as far as to injuring one mid-carder all the way to getting a WWE United States or WWE Intercontinental Championship match and ends up winning the title and then ends up dropping it with his undefeated streak ending only to get a WWE or World Heavyweight Championship match at let's say Royal Rumble 2013 but he ends up coming up short but ends up going into the Royal Rumble and comes out dominant only to get eliminated in the final 4 or final 3 after being in the Rumble for a long time

If I had the ability to build him up I'd ruin him in a week I'll leave that to the guys getting paid to do so, let's hope it's fresh & exciting.

Screw everybody else in the company and how they would be perceived, this is how you build up the 40-year old A-Train on his return. WWE will probably drop the ball though and not feed al their top stars to Albert, sadly.
