Support the line?! Is this some genius, as-yet-undiscovered independent rock band/artist we're talking about?! FFS, this is a major toy company with a contract. I get the passion, the opinions, but come on! It's great to support the line (ie. buy the figures!) because - major toy company or not - if they don't sell well, there won't be any more next year... Like I say, I do get it, each to their own etc. I just think its a shame that it comes down to this.

I know that Bill said we'll always be getting legendary and iconic figures at least in some way, but it's probably in our own interests to support the line right now, lest we want them to produce even fewer and have them be even harder to come by.

I really don't desire a Miss Elizabeth or whoever else they have in the line. (!) Just you wash your mouth out, young man... I know what you mean though... out of the list we were given, I didn't really want DDP, Arn or Tully(!), but I'll still buy them because I love the line and they look good (I wanted: Doink, JYD, and Tito Santana). I love the whole Legends-style packaging too.

I'll try to get mine off Ebay, even if it is more expensive I'd prefer to pay more than to have to deal with Mattel's god awful support team. It's frustrating to wait nearly 2 months for something with them not helping at all when you email (not to mention taking upwards for 4 days to reply to each).

I love the whole Legends-style packaging too. Divas figures suck and I really just don't want an Elizabeth. I'd rather have a Bull Nakano if they had to make a Diva's figure. Perhaps even a Jacqueline or Sable or something, but no Diva's on my "Most wanted". However, I also want a massive, diverse collection with loads of difference stars in it and that's why I will buy Elizabeth. That was one of my gripes with the CS set. No, I didn't want Tank Abbott or Outlaw Rob Bass, personally, but I'd sooner buy them than ANOTHER Ultimate Warrior or Bret Hart or Hulk Hogan. Because I just want a complete collection and not 10 of the same guy in different colours. Same I like getting new to the line figures and would prefer them to a guy with different attire. But I do like different attired guys as well just not 10 of them. Especially don't like it when they all have the same face sculpt.

if they wanted the line to sell they would launch it stronger. Classic HBK, Jim Neidhart, Diesel. Just sayin that DDP isnt exactly a cash cow...

Nope, did what I said and didn't order him, especially not after seeing the stunt they pulled, as all of a sudden The Rockers, Andre and The Undertaker are "sold out" (Matty's big lie), thus preventing customers to combine figures and save on shipping!
Way to go, Matty, just loose more customers with your cr@p stunts and lousy service!
Sorry guys, just needed to vent a bit, haha!

i bought one cause im a moron with too much money. that stunt was such bs I'll probably pay a little bit more and order one from Ebay choosing First Class International shipping, to have the figure here within two weeks in stead of the seven weeks that I had to wait for my Andre from Matty to arrive.

The Rockers and Undertaker took exactly a month. It was fricken weird. I hope he comes quickly. Im gonna buy an andre from ebay for my birthday. When and who is next btw ?

King Kong Bundy is next, he goes on sale on 21 May, 2012. Just curious to see if DDP is "sold out" by then as well

Just sayin that DDP isnt exactly a cash cow... ...and DDP's actually one of the bigger name's being released(!). The line-up/choice of Legends we had was pretty poor, imo. I think it's more down to who Mattel has the rights to make though - and they seem to be releasing the more popular guys like Bossman and Yokozuna in the Flashback line. Not sure when/how to order DDP yet...

I ordered today.
Was going to go with UPS Shipping like I did with Andre and the 4 boxes of new stands but must have forgot how much it cost or it's gone up....
It cost more than double the figures worth to use that shipping....No chance guess it could be a few months

I never understood collectors who only buy figures based on their popularity. For me, everybody is just as important as everybody else. I would much rather have a complete set with the most obscure names in wrestling, than MORE Shawn Michaels figures when there's at least three retro Shawn Michaels that I can think of which are already fantastic (Entrance Greats 1(?), Royal Rumble(?) Heritage and The Rockers double pack). How many more will it take before there are enough good Shawn Michaels? Totally agree - I'm always surprised when I see people's "most wanted" in the Flashback line are for a retro versions of Shawn, Undertaker, Warrior (etc.)... we already have great figures of these guys(!). I'd much rather have brand new figures like Diesel, Razor, Mankind, Goldberg, Brutas Beefcake, Honky Tonk Man, Earthquake etc. etc.

Actually ended up ordering DDP a few minutes ago, even though I said I probably wouldn't.
Worked out to be just over £18 with shipping, so I thought 'what the hell' and did it. I guess all I can do now is pray I don't end up waiting 8+ weeks like so many others here.
In all honesty, even if it takes a month or more, so long as I get the damn thing then I'll probably order the rest of Legends straight from Matty too for those prices.

We haven't had a decent elite style legends version HBK. Undertaker also hasn't had a figure with his grey or purple gloves which were both pretty iconic attires.
