I don't think it's the first time it's happened, though that doesn't make it sound any less annoying, to put it nicely. If it's just to give them do's and don'ts for what to say and general conduct, then I think it's fine. Lecturing wrestlers on the proper use of hashtags and minor things like that, though, is what makes people (like Punk, Jericho and a lot of fans) roll their eyes at WWE.
