I don't know the difference between a fix up and an actual custom, so this is somewhere. It's a custom attire I just tried to go off his facepaint. It's for sale if anyone has any interest.

Looks good. The painting looks smooth and professional. I am not personally a fan of his more simple attires though, but it must have been difficult enough making this custom. How difficult was it to paint the logos?

Woah, that's a pretty basic design of the Ultimate Warrior. Haven't seen one in a long time. The paint job on him, looks pretty smooth around the edges. In regards to your question I have fix-up are your adding new parts to an old figure in order to give it a rejuvenated, modern feel.
Custom is were the figure is made on many cases from scratch, the parts which are used for the custom are attached, the head's a sculpted and the overall figure is painted. Hope this clarified that
