Who's the dude at around the 3:05 mark? The Eugene gimmick looks like it was completely ripped off from that guy.

TableofJapan had this uploaded a few days ago. I recommend you subscribe to that channel if you haven't already. Youtube/WWE doesn't seem to go after him like they do Maffew's alts.
