Yokozuna is 6-foot-4, 589 lbs of massive monster. Yokozuna dominated many of the WWE superstars in his short lived professional career, and captured numerous WWE championships including the WWE championship itself, World Tag Team championship, and was a 1993 Royal Rumble Winner. The term "Yokozuna" refers to the highest rank in sumo wrestling, a fitting name for a WWE legend that defeated both Hulk Hogan and Bret "Hitman" Hart for the ultimate prize- the WWE championship. With his manager, Mr Fuji, at his side, Yokozuna took WWE by storm in the 1990's. His devastating Banzai Drop incapacitated even the strongest opponents, while his agility was extraordinary for a man of his size, making him truly unstoppable and a spectacle to watch in the ring. Thanks for the comparison pics with Jakks' Yoko. It finally puts into perspective the differences.
I do feel the Mattel head is just a bit big. I would love to see the Mattel head on the Jakks body.
Do the skin tones match between Jakks & Mattel???

His size is great, neck looks a little long tho from the side. And what's with the discolored skin below his tights? I'm on my phone so it may be just me.

He don't have discolored skin below his tights. Its all the same color if thats what ya mean. I took these from my phone as well so maybe between my sloppy cell pics, and your cell phone viewing it may be distorted as you mentioned. I do agree on the head. The head is just a smidge to big. I really like the figure in general. The body size is perfect just the head is a little big.
I would never want to even swap heads with Jakks and Mattel. The Mattel scan is way better than Jakks, and the body of Mattels is better so Idk, I am happy with it. I just pose mine anyways so on the shelf i leave the robe on him and he looks outstanding.

Maybe it's just me, but I think the Mattel and Jakks Yokos would look better with each other's heads.

no doubt the head is just a tad tad too big - you can really see the difference with your Yoko/SC comparison shot. But still an impressive looking figure.

Those arms are awful on Yoko. Yeah, way too skinny.... This is the one thing erking me about this figure. His arms definitely should've been bigger. They either should have put Show's arms on him or made a fatter less toned arm mold. These arms just don't work on such a massive figure. |

I got mine this morning,  I think it's a great figure but a new set of arms would definitely have added to the overall look. |

Best Yoko ever! I always hated the jakks head it was too small and looked nothing like him. I will agree that the arms are a little weird but still the figure is sick. Love the facial expression.

It looks as if Yoko's Jakks head would be better on the Mattel because Yoko's Mattel head is a bit too big for the Mattel body and the arms look a bit too small.

He's gotta DONK!!!! LOL but how did you get the figure already?? Where did you get it from? Got it from Ringside Collectibles. I pre ordered it in Feb as soon as it went up for Pre Order that night. I was probably literally the first person to order it, as it just went up and with in 2 mins i was done placing mine. I agree the arms shouldda been a little thicker and the head a little smaller but its nothing really serious to me. The figure is still very much outstanding. I'm just thankful we even got Yokozuna the way legends were dying out and contracts were harder to get signed this day and age. He is bigger than the other Mattels i got, and he looks a lot more like Yokozuna than any other one done so i'm very happy. |
