The Warrior in the White Trenchcoat has the same kneepads design painted large on the back of his trunks.

Bulldog is Long White boots painted , DM Savages tights, Bulldogs Ass / kneepads/ torso / head

And for the dreads , I took my collection of spare bulldog arm bands and painted them black and cut them up. im sure you can use whatever you have thats black and carve it into dreads with an excato blade
