Thinking about getting some of the Mattel legends that Jakks didn't make, savage, the von erichs etc. Did any of you guys do it? I know I'm gonna display my sting & terry Taylor from the tna line with my classics. I tried to do just this with Savage & Steamboat but it just didn't fit into my collection and wasn't the same. Thus I stopped. LOTR line was a nice continuation, but it has slowed to an almost stop. This thread makes me miss the CS line :/ Yeah, same here. Makes me wish JAKKS had had just a few more years to crank out some more new faces! |

I know people are saying the heads to big, I agree but if it hadn't been do you think we'd be calling it one of the best scans in the entire line?

This is definitely my favorite HHH scan/sculpt. I know they used it for RSC's CSTT DX, CS 24, and CS 28 but it works very well!

I didn't care too much for the jacketed versions as it made him too slim kind of like Mattel's version. But that is a good deal for Arn! How was the condition of the packaging? |

I have been busy filling some gaps in my CS collection too. Also, ordering custom clothing for figure fixups that needed it. I recently picked up a Frank Stallone from the Rocky Series for a Nick Bockwinkel custom I am doing. Plus, I am finally getting some figures I passed on like Bastian Booger, Luna, and a few others. The good thing about the CS line, you can always keep busy expanding your collection, doing fixups and making customs.

I've been going through my Classic Superstars collection and it's making me realize how much I miss collecting. I tried to get into Mattel, but it's just not the same.
Were there ever plans for a Macho King figure by Jakks? It would have been nuts!
