I've noticed going back and watching older WWF stuff lately that a lot of PPV's back then we're during the week. What year did they start being only on Sunday nights?

Considering they had Taboo Tuesday until 2005, I'd say 2006.
Other than that? I think 1995, where I believe it was the first Survivor Series to be held on a Sunday. Can't think of any other non-Sunday pay per views besides Taboo Tuesday or the Texas one in 91.

wasnt Survivor Series always on thanksgiving night in the U.S. until some point in the 90s?or am I totally wrong on this?

All PPV's went to Sunday Nights in 1995
Before that the only PPV to be held on a Sunday was Wrestlemania. (King of the Ring was also on Sunday but it only started on PPV in 93)
Royal Rumble was usually on Saturday
Summerslam was on Monday
Survivor Series was on Thanksgiving Thursday until 1991 when it went to Thanksgiving Eve Wednesday.

yeah,WM's were only on Sunday's...
Survivor Series for the first few years was on Thanksgiving night (Thursday),then switched up to Thanksgiving Eve (Wednesday) starting in 1991, until finally switching to Sunday's in 1995...
SummerSlam was always on a Monday ( though SS 92 took place on a Saturday,in England,it didn't air on US ppv until 2 days later) until 1995, when it first took place on a Sunday,and has been Sunday ever since...
