Fair enough I just don't see the point in running a wrestling promotion if your goal isn't to make it as big as you can. Their goal is to just have fun with it. Expanding and getting bigger and all that jazz would effect that and they don't want to do it. They wouldn't be able to do what they want or use who they want. They just wanna be what they are. Plus there's always the huge risk that they'd fail expanding like a lot of shows do and would have to admit defeat and go back after trying to reinvent their wheel for no real reason or would risk the life of the promotion. Would you agree that a slightly larger arena wouldn't be so risky and only beneficial.

Do you work there and know their finances? Or how much High Spots does put into the shows if that's true? Excalibur said that the shows are run on a very mom-and-pop budget. A lot of guys get their plane ticket paid for and then they get a little extra money to compensate them for their time. It's not like PWG covers travel and pays the guys top dollar, they don't have the money to do that. Dino Winwood has also said guys kill themselves in PWG for little money because at least their travel is covered. I'd assume no so I don't know where your getting your evidence to back up that they don't have the money to match ROH. ROH is owned by a multi million dollar TV company. PWG isn't. Yes ROH has a larger company backing them but do you think any of those guys are making great money outside of Cole, Steen, Styles, ReDragon, Roddy, etc? They're making a lot more than they would in PWG. Hell a lot of ROH shows don't even feature some of their top tier guys anymore. That's not true at all. ROH ran Dayton, a B level market, in March and had AJ Styles, Chris Hero, Adam Cole, the Briscoes, Steen, reDRagon and Elgin on the same show. And again where did I say anything about guys walking from their contracts? That's right I didn't. In fact I did not even use any talent names in this discussion. Im strictly speaking about the company. You said they'd opt to work for PWG over ROH. If there was a conflicting date, they would have to work for ROH because they're contractually obligated to. Just a few years ago they couldn't afford AJ, MCMG, LAX, etc. And now they have the cash for AJ, Sabin, Kaz, Myers (doubt he's working indies for cheap), etc. So they clearly are more financially stable then in the past. Sabin, Kazarian and Hawkins are likely a bit cheaper to book than AJ Styles given that AJ is a much bigger star than all three of them combined. This entire discussion is about long term plans. Im not saying in three months they should have a TV deal, contracts, PPV, etc. Except they're not capable of doing TV with the current roster they use because those guys have contracts they can't get out of. If ROH or DGUSA goes under, then the discussion changes completely but right now? These are all pipe dreams. Im simply saying they are capable of these things and clearly choose not to grow. Which from a business stand point does not make much sense. Actually, it does. They can use the top indie talent, not have to worry about contracts, they don't have to worry about paying top dollar for most guys since they cover travel and they sell A TON OF DVDs. They are growing. More and more people are buying their DVDs and PWG are making good money off of them. They're just not growing in the way you want them to because it makes no sense for them to do it.

They would lose that really rad feeling and atmosphere.

Please, do some damn research before claiming that iPPV, bigger venues, etc. are what PWG should do.
Knowing anything about the company, it's obvious they're more than content with what they've been doing for the last 5+ years.

Any combination of O'Reilly, ZSJ and TJP would be amazing. They're styles go so well together. Future Shock vs. LDRS of the New School was an awesome series of matches if that us any indication of what Kyle and Sabre would do together.

"There's not much"... yet I seem to have had no problem listening to/reading opinions of Excalibur and the rest of PWG over the years. Interesting.

Is it me or has the Young Bucks barely defended their PWG Tag Titles? They dont just defend them aimlessly. They wait until a team earns a shot.

Really tough to pick one guy. Could have Elgin win the tournament. It seems a little too far fetched for me to see AJ win the tournament on his return. I'd count Hero out.
