Currently finishing BOLA12' since I never got around to watching it originally. Cage/Elgin is damn good. Much better then I expected. Elgin was too damn good around this time. Even though I'm not a huge Elgin fan anymore I'd love to see Elgin/Cage go at it again. BOLA 2012 is arguably the best single elimination tournament in wrestling history. No bad matches and the worst match in the whole tournament is still a really good match. Cole's run throughout that tournament was fantastic, O'Reilly/Edwards was great, Davey/Elgin was awesome, Callihan/TJP ruled. I don't recall disliking anything on either night which isn't something I can say about most two night tournaments. For anyone that has seen Sold Our Soul For Rock and Roll is it a must see show. If not what matches should I check out Cage/Strong and O'Reilly/Cole were the only matches I actively enjoyed. The rest of the show wasn't really my cup of tea.

I'm about to watch Sold Our Soul for Rock and Rock right now actually. I'll probably post my opinions as I go.

Can't edit my post thanks to Chris going gif. crazy but I just finished Cage/Roddy from SOSFRNR and god damn that was awesome. I haven't been that into a match for some time.
Edit: Fox/Swann didn't disappoint in the least. I guess there wasn't enough ridiculous outside dives for you guys? I thought it was awesome. Only thing I didn't like was the Ryback thing Fox kept doing.

Fox and Swann wasn't disappointing, but it just wasn't great for me. 3 stars isn't by any means a bad match, just a match that didn't hit the next level. Their DGUSA/Evolve matches have all been better IMO.

Edit: Just finished BF/WCTT. That one was a bit of a let down for me. It was entertaining but I thought they would have a better match. Going to finish the rest of the show later or tomorrow.

I love Chris Hero but what the hell has happened to this dude since returning to the indies. I've been thinking the same thing lately. Something is certainly off about Hero's work since being released from WWE. The only matches I've enjoyed since his return are his multiple man matches in PWG and the singles match with AJ in ROH. Its surprising because he was still damn good on NXT. Maybe he's un-motivated now I don't know.

He looks to be really damn big now. Looks like Chris Hero ate Kassius Ohno :/

I'm not a huge fan of AR Fox to begin with and the match ended up being what I expected, which was entertaining but not something I'd actively call 'good'.

Despite all the stuff that I have been somewhat impressed with by Fox in PWG; his crazy botch at an early EVOLVE show in a Fourway match is still one I can't help but think of when I see him - the definition of spot monkey...The same can be said for the Young Bucks, as unpopular as that opinion might be...but at least their stuff looks good. Fox's stuff looks terrible.

The juxtaposition is that while The Young Bucks come across like that, they are so good as cocky heels (and have been for some time) and make their opponents look like world beaters; at least that's my opinion...we have seen them as 'Hardy Boys-lite' against incredibly talented teams in PWG, and years later they are the complete opposite in terms of definition, but still having brilliant bouts against more talented teams; not to mention stepping up their game in NJPW... Honestly, the only match of theirs from New Japan that I've really enjoyed was the Time Splitters match last month. Everything else has kind of been paint by numbers for them. Those guys are good at what they do and I get why people like 'em, they're just not my cup of tea.

Yes, exactly...we all like who we like, regardless of whatever they do; be it this Bo Dallas twerp in the WWE (I don't get his schtick and don't want to, but Jack is a fan and that's fine by me, not my cup of tea either) or AR Fox as we mentioned, I'm sure he has fans on this board somewhere...it's all good, which I gravitate more towards independent wrestling; variety. Dude I ing love Bo Dallas. His shtick is that he's awful and he knows he's awful so he plays it up like he's some sort of inspirational figure. These days, I gravitate more towards the guys who work hard hitting, physical matches. It's part of the reason I love New Japan as much as I do. Guys like Shibata and Ishii (just to name a few, I could be here all morning) put on killer matches every time out though with that said, I can appreciate a well paced, well put together spotfest like KUSHIDA vs. Ricochet from BOSJ. That match was killer. Sure, The Young Bucks are responsible for diminishing the power of the super kick a thousand times over, That's putting it nicely! but as a brother tandem to have the success they do at such a young age; to me is quite an achievement...I just can't hate them, they're ridiculously talented IMO... I had a run in with them on Twitter a few years ago that seals any chance that I'll ever have anything really nice to say about them. When you have your dad jump in on bashing fans who don't like what you do, you're kind of pathetic. @bestinsports remembers that whole thing.

Searching your name on Twitter and crying to the people talking bad about you then blocking them when they respond, and then unblocking them later when spoken bad about to try and get their 'people' to attack you and they don't even care enough to in general is pretty pathetic.

Bo Dallas <3 haha, but yeah I agree with Chris.
Anyways, who has seen the latest PWG show? How hilarious was that Best Friends tag match, that was pretty damn entertaining.

Chuck coming out in the dress was so damn funny. That reminds me I need to watch the rest of the show after I finish day 1 of G1.

Decided to finish Sold Our Soul for Rock N Roll. Why the hell did the fans turn on Gargano? They were eating him up his first two shows and he gets boo'd heavily now? Interesting. The commentary during Mount Rushmore/Lee, Alexander and Gargano is hilarious. I didn't get into Koslov/Romero so much. I want to re-watch Ricochet and ACH later. Edit: Kyle/Cole was ing awesome. Flawless match. They went balls to the wall.

The fans haven't turned on him, they are just rebelling against the group of fans that cheer for him, that bit too loud. lol.
