TOWER23 HOTEL, SAN DIEGO, CA
{The alarm buzzes. He takes a deep breath. Calmness. Suite For Solo Cello No. 1 in G Major by Bach echoes through the room. He gazes through the glass doors that lead to the balcony, to the sea. He rises with the sun.}
I could really get used to this. I’ve never been a fan of living on the west coast, but this place, this view, there is just something about it. No wonder why they call this area La Jolla (the jewel). What a beauty.
{He opens the sliding glass door and stares into the sea; almost getting lost, watching the sun ascend and life begin to flourish on the beaches. Starting his day just like he has the past few after having a grueling match with Ripp Jackson at the Valley View Casino Center, he warms up with stretches and movements to loosen his limbs. He grabs his workout clothes and heads to the beach for a morning jog.
An hour and six miles later he returns to his start place. Still breathing heavy, he shuffles through his shorts to find his room key. He turns the corner to his private room and is met with a familiar face standing there, outside of his door, dressed in his usual designer suit, a big smile on his face and two cups of coffee in his hands.}
AIDEN
It’s a beautiful day, my friend.
RAIDER
Indeed. Morning to ya.
AIDEN
And the rest of the day to you.
{Raider opens his door and lets Aiden in. Aiden sets the coffees down on the table as Raider offers his hand to Aiden. Aiden shakes his head, refusing the offer and laughs.}
AIDEN
I’ll wait to shake your hand until after you’ve showered, I don’t need to be smelling like BO all day. I’ve got some great news for ya though. How was your run?
{Raider grabs a towel from the bathroom and wipes his face.}
RAIDER
Unbelievable, bro. If I stay here any longer I don’t think you or anyone else will ever get me to leave this place. So what’s the news?
AIDEN
Well, I got a call from the producers of The Biggest Loser late last night. It seems they have a finalist on their current season that is a former professional wrestler. They are filming some footage today in Malibu in preparation for the season finale that airs live sometime next week and they got wind of WFWF being in the area, so they thought it would be cool to have a wrestler come on the show and give the contestant some encouragement. Since we already are heading toward Los Angeles today, I figured we could swing by and do this for them. Plus, it would be another opportunity to get you some great publicity. What do you think?
RAIDER
Sounds good to me, let me get ready and we’ll hit the road. Any clue as to why they picked me?
AIDEN
I thought the same and I asked. They said because this season is all about no excuses and second chances, and apparently someone that works for the show is a fan of yours, so when they made the call on which WFWF Superstar they wanted, you were their top choice. They promised no dodgy questions; more or less just a workout with the contestant and some inspirational words, which I figured you could handle.
RAIDER
Sure thing. We’re just gonna have to stop by a bookstore on the way so I can buy a book on the inspirational quotes by Zig Ziglar or something.
{They both laugh.}
AIDEN
Great, I’ll call them back and let them know it’s a go. Meet me in the lobby in an hour. I’m gonna go see if I can catch my sexy latina maid and see if she can give me a quick cleaning before we depart.
{Aiden gives a sly wink to Raider as he makes his exit.}
RAIDER
What about your girlfriend?
{Aiden continues to walk as the door shuts. He shouts his response.}
AIDEN
Different time zone, bro, doesn’t count!
Some thing’s never change.

THE BIGGEST LOSER RANCH, MALIBU, CA
{It’s almost noon and the weather has reached a warm 70 degrees on this sunny day. The guys pull into the Ranch and drive up the winding dirt path, passing fields of green on one side, hills on the other. Production trucks and crew are scattered about. They park the car once they get to the main location and get out. They go and speak with the producers to go over contracts, paperwork, and other formalities. Shortly after, Aiden hangs back with the producers and looks on as Raider goes over to meet the trainers of the show, Bob and Dolvett, and a young, quirky brunette girl, a production assistant (PA), who fills them in on how the taping will go.}
PA
So, today we are filming some footage in preparation for the season finale next week. We are going to have Kim go through a ‘Last Chance Boot Camp’ workout against all three of you guys! We’ve loved her competitive spirit all season long and we figured this would be a great final workout for her for her fans to see. Now, even though we want this to look like a competition, make sure you are helping her if she needs it and if possible, all of you try and finish at the same time. That way everyone wins! Any questions?
So this is how reality TV works.
{Dolvett and Bob nod their head, this is routine for them. Raider follows suit.}
PA
Great! Well I will be right back with Kim and then the cameras will begin rolling! Good luck guys and have fun! Oh, and Raider…
RAIDER
You can call me Brad.
PA
Great! So, Brad, after the workout, we would like you to have a few words with Kim. Just some words or inspiration, from one wrestler to another. She has come such a long way and she may not wrestle again, but we definitely felt having you out here today would be great for the viewing audience and…
{Raider places his hand on the PA’s shoulder and smiles at her.}
RAIDER
I got it, no worries.
PA
Great! I’ll be right back with Kim!
{The guys all nod and smile at the excited PA. Dolvett and Bob are told to stand in front of Raider, to shield him from the contestant until they are ready to reveal him for the cameras. The PA scurries off and is back within minutes with the contestant and finalist, Kim. The PA steps away and makes awkward hand motions signaling that the cameras are about to roll. …And action.}
KIM
Hey guys!
BOB
Hey Kim, nice to see you today! So, we’re here, one final time at the Biggest Loser Ranch to have a last chance workout with you!
KIM
Awesome, I’m ready to bring it! What do we have in store today?
DOLVETT
Well, today, instead of the normal last chance workout we’ve done with you all season before a weigh-in, we are going to have a ‘Last Chance Boot Camp’ workout! It will consist of several obstacles set up that you have to get through and it will finish with a two mile run.
BOB
That’s right, but today it isn’t any normal workout or competition, Kim. Today, Dolvett and I will join you along with a guest that we have brought in, current WFWF Superstar and Hall of Famer, Raider!
{Bob and Dolvett move away from Raider as he comes front and center. Kim seems to be thrilled to see someone in her former profession here today. She is all smiles and she gives him a big hug.}
KIM
Oh my god! My son is a huge fan of yours! This is so exciting! I can’t believe it!
RAIDER
Thanks, wow, you look great! So how has it been so far? These guys told me you were the Biggest Loser for weight loss on the ranch before the finale?
KIM
Yes! It’s been tough, especially to be away from my family, but I started out at 252 pounds and I have lost over 105 pounds so far!
RAIDER
That’s awesome! Congratulations, you look beautiful.
{Kim gives Raider another hug.}
BOB
All right, so let’s get this underway. Kim, you’ve taken a beating all season from Dolvett and I, but today you finally get your chance to beat not only us, but Raider as well! Are you ready?
KIM
You know I am. Just like wrestling, it’s a mans world, but I will show the world that this girl is a fighter!
{The cameras briefly stop rolling as the four are brought over to the starting place of the boot camp workout. The cameras begin to roll again as a horn sounds and the competition begins. The course is laid out similarly to what you would see at a military training camp.
Tire jumping, crawling under fake barbed wire, rope climbing, jumping over a fire pit, getting from one side of a mudded lake to the other, scaling a rock wall, scaling a wooden post and getting back down, zip lining down a part of the mountain side and then a two mile run to finish. All four struggle, joke, scream, laugh, yell, and fight to the finish. Even though it is meant to be a type of competition, at this point they are doing this as a moment for Kim to realize how far she has come. All four jog together in the last leg of the mile. Bob, Dolvett, and Raider all trash talk Kim, firing her up, as she fights back her tears and hurt, to motivate her to break into a sprint and pass them to the finish.
She wins. They all catch up to her and give her a big hug as her emotions take hold of her.}
BOB
Great job, Kim! You got this, girl!
DOLVETT
Kim, this is your competition to win! This whole season you have been the most competitive and have had that fire, now you go and show the world what you’re made of!
{Bob and Dolvett have another moment with Kim before making their exit. Raider and Kim catch their breath, walk over to a bench, and take a seat.}
RAIDER
Great job, you sure you don’t want to get back into wrestling? You just whooped my ass!
{They both laugh.}
KIM
I wish I could! But I have a family to take care of and after the back injury I sustained that caused me to put the weight on in the first place… I don’t think wrestling is in my future. I do miss it, though.
RAIDER
Well, the reason I came out today, not just because we have the same professions, is to let you know that even though you can’t compete anymore, you still have a second chance with your life. You are healthy now and I can see you are stronger than ever, so use that to keep you motivated in whatever career path you choose next. I went down a dark road myself, where I never thought I could make it back, and I am here today, living proof that you can change things and make life the way you want it.
KIM
You’re right, and it means so much to me for you to come here today. I’m just worried that after I leave this place it might all come back.
RAIDER
Well, remember what you learned here and take that with you. I think with your family at your side, you’ll be just fine. Remember, you are a fighter.
KIM
Thank you so much!
RAIDER
Anytime. And so you know, I made some calls and the WFWF would like to offer you and your family tickets to our next show. Also, at that show, I would like for you to be my personal ring announcer for my match and I am going to get some merchandise signed and sent to your boy so he can rock it at the show. How’s that sound?
KIM
Amazing! He’s going to be so excited! Thank you again!
{Kim’s eyes begin to water in joy, she hugs Raider again.}
RAIDER
No problem, and I wish you the best in the finale! Go kick ass and win that prize! You deserve it!
{Raider smiles at Kim and walks off camera. That’s a wrap! The PA goes over to Kim and takes her away, Aiden comes over to Raider.}
AIDEN
Great stuff, bro, truly brilliant. You almost made me cry. Your fans are gonna eat that sh*t up. Just one question though, your balls still intact?
RAIDER
Funny. I actually enjoyed doing this, more than I thought I would. Say whatever you want. She was a sweet lady. So are you ready to head to the hotel in Los Angeles and hit the town? I could use a beer or two to relax my muscles.
AIDEN
Um, we’ll, while you were filming it seems plans have changed.
RAIDER
What now, Aiden?
AIDEN
Well, I am just going to cut right to the chase. I finally heard back from Dirk and he is ready to meet.
RAIDER
That’s great news, it’s about time you two patched things up and you returned to the office.
AIDEN
Yeah… About that… He wants you there for the meeting. He wants you to be a witness to tell him that I have cleaned my act up. So that means we are going to have to cut our trip here short and head back to New York.
RAIDER
You know what, I’m fine with that. I’ll do what I have to so he trusts you again. So when does he want us to meet?
AIDEN
Well… I told him we’d be in his office tomorrow. We have a red eye back to the City tonight.
RAIDER
C’mon man! We don’t get to have a single night in LA? As my agent you should have been able to at least buy us a single days worth of time?
AIDEN
It’s now or never with Dirk, Brad, you know that. I have to do what I have to do.
RAIDER
Fine, let’s just go get this over with and hopefully we can be back out here by the weekend.
There goes the week of rest and relaxation… Back to the office, and I’m not even a 9-to-5er anymore. F**k.

WARREN FOURTUNE’S AGENCY – NEW YORK, NY
DIRK
Good morning, fellas! Glad you could make it!
{Raider and Aiden stare blankly at Dirk. Lack of sleep, jet lagged, and irritated. A response would mean thought, and their minds are still somewhere on the beach. Dirk gets in their faces and snaps his fingers.}
DIRK
HELLO!? Look, guys, I know it was a lot to come out here but don’t act like you’ve never gone a day without sleep or had a bender. Hopefully it’s not the latter, because then that would make this a waste of my time and yours. Now, get it together!
{Dirk presses a button on his phone/intercom thingy and demands someone bring coffee into his office for the guys.}
DIRK
Coffee will be here in a second. So, Aiden, can you fill me in on how you have managed to get your client back on track and how is the publicity going? Are people hesitant to work with Raider or are you finding solutions to problems? You were always good at that before the drug…
AIDEN
Look, Dirk, I have been clean for almost six weeks now. When I decided to stop using, I took two weeks and worked some stuff out. I did the time I had to, I settled the court issues I had pending, and it’s all in the past now. After I cleared that, I got back to work. In the past few weeks, I have already gotten Brad two public appearances. The one yesterday was with The Biggest Loser and he nailed it. If anyone had any questions or concerns about his past, or mine, it will be gone after that airs next week. He truly is a great guy and the world will see that.
{An assistant knocks on the door with a tray that has cups of coffee, creamers and sugars on it. Dirk waves her in. She comes in and places the tray on his desk and exits without a sound. Aiden and Raider both grab a cup of coffee and drink, hoping the caffeine will kick in for the verbal ass beating they are sitting through. Dirk looks to Raider and then to Aiden.}
DIRK
Well I know he is, and this isn’t about his comeback. This is about your comeback and your job, Aiden. He is here to better your case, not the other way around, boy. Now Brad, can you fill me in on the past six weeks since you told me you would help him handle this? Is what he says true?
I feel like I am sitting here with my brother while dad yells at us. This is just awkward. And I don’t even have a brother or a dad.
RAIDER
Yes, Dirk. I can attest to what he says is true. After we talked on Saint Patrick’s Day, I had a little heart to heart, if you will, with Aiden. He is my best friend, you know that, but I told him to sh*t or get off the pot. He knows that. He left my house still a mess and I told him the next time I saw him he better be clean or it was over. No more chances. When that day came, he didn’t even look like the same person. He was clean-shaven, dressed to the nines, and all business. He was back to being the Aiden that I knew, not the druggie douche that was around here a couple-a-months ago. But, my question to you now that I am here is that do you think you might have pushed him a little hard as your top agent that forced him to go a little haywire?
DIRK
What do you mean?
RAIDER
You’re a pusher, Dirk. You know it, I know it, Aiden knows it. You want results. Aiden took a risk with me and it backfired initially, caused some people to talk and it turned some people away from Warren Fortunes. But isn’t that what this is all about, the bottom line, the dollar bill? Aiden provided results. You got a little heat on you and in return you threw him out of the kitchen and straight to the dogs. That sure is pretty sh*tty considering how he pretty much bent over backward for you and this company several times. Sorry Aiden, but you know it’s true. Now the only way you can make this right is to give him back his clients and let him back in this office, and stop making the poor bastard work from his home. Give him back normalcy.
{Dirk loses his words for a minute. Sometimes the truth hurts.}
AIDEN
Thanks, Brad. Dirk, I want to come back and work for you. I have looked at starting up my own company or going to another agency but I enjoy working here. I built my reputation here. And I understand that I needed to get my sh*t together, but I am ready to come back and take my clients back. I want to be your top agent again.
{There is an awkward silence. Dirk taps his fingers on the desk a few times and then stops, his mind has been made.}
DIRK
That’s all I needed to hear, boys. I just wanted to make sure I could trust you again. I can’t keep you much longer as I have other meetings to attend, but there’s one last thing before we seal the deal and bring you back in. If you want your clients back, Aiden, you have to work with my newest star in this company who has been dealing with them in your absence. He is someone that Brad already knows, from what I’m told.
{Aiden and Raider look to each other, confused. Dirk presses another button on his phone/intercom and tells whoever it is on the other end to bring him in. Aiden and Raider turn their heads to the door in anticipation as Dirk waits. The guy approaches and opens the door.}
You have got to be kidding me. This guy? And those god awful glasses.
DIRK
Aiden, meet Gary. Raider, I believe you two have already met.
GARY
Nice to meet you, Aiden! Brad, long time no see, buddy! So glad to see that you made it out alive and are back in the WFWF! Who would have ever imagined when I was just a little nerdy intern interviewing you for your DVD that years later we’d cross paths again!? This so awesome! I knew you’d make a come back one day! And now we might get to work together again!
{Raider rolls his eyes, he wants to smack the enthusiasm off of Gary’s face. Maybe it will shatter those glasses in the process.}
RAIDER
…Good to see you again, too.
DIRK
So, as I was saying before hand, Aiden, I want you to stay back and work with Gary for a couple of weeks so you can get caught up here at the office and caught up with your former clients. Is that okay with you, Brad?
RAIDER
Well, in the past 24 hours you have managed to completely change everything we had planned over the next two weeks and I do have a huge match coming up, but sure, no problem, Dirk, whatever you say.
AIDEN
Dirk, please, just give me a week. Brad is right, he does have a big match coming up and I did some research on the guy he’s going up against last night. When I realized we were coming back to the east coast I figured I could take him somewhere this weekend and help him get prepared, plus have some of the relaxation we were supposed to have in LA. It’s the least I could do since we dragged him out here for this meeting that probably could have been done over a conference call. So let’s push it back till Monday, and then I will be all yours, sir.
DIRK
Fine.
GARY
Ohhhh…. Sooooo excited. Anyone want to go take some espresso shots in the breakroom? It’s a celebration!
{All three guys look up at Gary and face palm as he stands there, nodding his head, with a cheesy grin on his face. And those glasses.}
DIRK
That will be all for now Gary, get back to work.
GARY
Right! Who wants espresso shots anyway when there’s work to be done? Ok, well, if you guys need me, I’ll be in the breakroom!
{Gary gives two thumbs up before he exits the room.}
DIRK
Kids these days. Do people really take espresso shots like they are alcohol? What is the world coming to?
RAIDER
I never thought I’d see that kid again. And you say he’s one of your top guys here?
DIRK
He has a way with people. What way, I don’t know. Anyway, thanks guys for coming in. Brad, as always, I’ll be in contact. You two have a good trip doing whatever you have planned and I will see you Monday, Aiden, don’t be late! You don’t get any more do-overs after this!
{Aiden and Raider get up and exit as soon as possible. The caffeine didn’t do much. Maybe they should have taken up Gary on his offer. They put their sunglasses on and leave the building before anymore verbal damage can be done or surprises sprung upon them.}
RAIDER
So where ya taking me this weekend? Is it a date?
{Aiden punches Raider in the shoulder. They both laugh.}
AIDEN
It’s a surprise, sweetheart, you just have your bags packed and be ready to go early Saturday morning. We’re going to do some research.
------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
This past week has been a little hectic in comparison to what was planned, but sometimes you have to stray from the plan, the norm, and just go with the flow. My week started with a solid victory over the undefeated newcomer Ripp Jackson and to boot my tag partner, Ace, beat the ole man Thunder.
We have the leverage we need to win the Tag Team Championships in a few weeks time. It’s not about the titles though. Ace and I didn’t come together to be a better-broken version of Ripp and Thunder, although it would seem like it since I can’t figure out what page Ace is on these days. We didn’t come together to save the tag division either. We made an agreement to unite and fight off the terror that had overtaken the WFWF. Three of the top performers around all band together and made claim in The New Epoch. They have promised to take the WFWF hostage and do as they please. I, along with Ace, made a pledge for that to not happen. The mockery of the WFWF has came and gone, there will be no more Intergalactic Spaceman Championships, or whatever the f**k it was called. This new age they speak of will not be in their favor.
Michael Kyzer, Drakz, and David Brennan are toxic. Other than the latter, the first two are quite familiar with titles, championships, fame, and glory. They know what they need to feed their addictions and they will take it from whomever they must to stay abreast and keep their spots as the top dogs. Kyzer and Drakz are two evil entities that will not perish until they are knocked down, time and time again, week after week, month after month, until finally they can no longer physically move well enough to make it down the aisle. This place is in their blood. And to have them be put down like that, it’s not something that will just happen. Hell, barely anyone can put Kyzer down just once. That is what gives him his power. Drakz has been laying low lately which makes matters worse, because with a mind like that guy has, you know something really f**king bad is about to happen.
When I came back, Kyzer and Drakz were the two guys I had my focus on. I made the agreement I did with Ace because I knew I needed backup. David Brennan… you’re the guy that f**ks the whole equation and can swing this thing one way or the other. So it’s quite simple, you see, you have to be taken out, knocked down, week after week, until you don’t get up, so you don’t become a factor. You are not as strong as Kyzer and Drakz are, yet, so it’s best to do this now before it gets to that point. Come Survival of the Fittest, all of that could change. You could be far more dangerous than either man. Or you could be a nonfactor. I’ve got the opportunity to face you on the next Loaded, a few weeks before you head into Survival of the Fittest and face off against Ace, if you accept his challenge. This gives both of us a chance to take you out of the equation. If I knock you off this week, you stay stagnant in your routine… Win a match, lose a match. No big deal. It’s the life and death of David Brennan. But, if you knock me off, the power starts to shift in favor of The New Epoch.
Then, if you accept Ace’s challenge and he beats you after I beat you, you will follow suit and probably pick up a win or two before that match, but will still be complacent. You will not advance forth and will not get a shot at glory. Hell, Kyzer and Drakz might even kick you to the curb. You will be the guy that is good, but not that good. If you somehow come out a winner and beat Ace and somehow win the tournament, then not only does the power shift in favor of The New Epoch, but you are in line to be the guy around here. As I said before, you could potentially become more dangerous than Kyzer or Drakz. That’s a scary thought.
This upcoming Loaded, there are a lot of big matches and even though I am not facing you in the main event, this match to me is just as big as my match is going to be against Kyzer at Survivial of the Fittest or any other match on this show’s card. It’s a power game. This match has a lot of leverage riding on it. Structural shifts within the confines of the WFWF. I refuse to give you that.
I’ve been playing safe and I’ve been playing nice since I have come back. Some, in part to myself, to work off the rust and get back into the swing of things, others in part, because I am not going to show all of my cards at once. Any good player knows that. And I can tell you; I am one of the best players out there, Davey.
This week I got a chance to meet with this sweet woman, Kim, trying to win this competition known as The Biggest Loser that deals with weight loss. You see, she has been through a lot in her life. After an injury that caused her to retire from wrestling, she put on tons of weight and became, literally, a big loser. Then she was given this second chance on this show to turn her life around and when I looked into her eyes the other day, I did not see that of a loser. Whether she wins the competition or not, all I could see when I looked at her was a winner. She won the right to a do-over, to make things better for herself and her family. When I got caught up in the drugs and had to walk away from this place years ago, I was a big loser. I couldn’t get a grip on reality. I went elsewhere, sobered up, but I made matters worse by gambling with the stock market and other peoples’ money and became an even bigger f**king loser. And I was given a chance to turn things around.
I started doing my research on you, David, over the past couple of weeks and I saw how you came into the WFWF. You had one of the best matches I have ever seen against Drakz at SuperBrawl and you almost won it. Now, it’s almost like you said to yourself, “F**k it, if I can’t beat ‘em, I’ll join ‘em.” And you hide under papa Kyzer and papa Drakz wings’. And when they’re not around you hide behind the bottle. You get by because they have your back. And when they don’t, leave it to Jack. It is f**king pathetic. Everyone gets a second chance, David, so stop being a coward, stop being the WFWF’s Biggest Loser, and bring the best you got come Loaded in San Francisco. Because when the world sees that guy... Raider... on Loaded, they aren’t going to be thinking of the guy that lost to Ace Bennett. They are going to be thinking of the guy that is a five-time WFWF Champion, the guy that is a WFWF Grand Slam Champion, the guy that is a WFWF Hall of Famer, and the guy that is going to take apart The New Epoch… Starting with The Biggest Loser, David Brennan.

AIDEN
Great, I’ll call them back and let them know it’s a go. Meet me in the lobby in an hour. I’m gonna go see if I can catch my sexy latina maid and see if she can give me a quick cleaning before we depart.
{Aiden gives a sly wink to Raider as he makes his exit.}
RAIDER
What about your girlfriend?
{Aiden continues to walk as the door shuts. He shouts his response.}
AIDEN
Different time zone, bro, doesn’t count!

THE BIGGEST LOSER RANCH, MALIBU, CA
{It’s almost noon and the weather has reached a warm 70 degrees on this sunny day. The guys pull into the Ranch and drive up the winding dirt path, passing fields of green on one side, hills on the other. Production trucks and crew are scattered about. They park the car once they get to the main location and get out. They go and speak with the producers to go over contracts, paperwork, and other formalities. Shortly after, Aiden hangs back with the producers and looks on as Raider goes over to meet the trainers of the show, Bob and Dolvett, and a young, quirky brunette girl, a production assistant (PA), who fills them in on how the taping will go.}
{Dolvett and Bob nod their head, this is routine for them. Raider follows suit.}
PA
She has come such a long way and she may not wrestle again, but we definitely felt having you out here today would be great for the viewing audience and…
{Raider places his hand on the PA’s shoulder and smiles at her.}
RAIDER
I got it, no worries.
PA
Great! I’ll be right back with Kim!
{The guys all nod and smile at the excited PA. Dolvett and Bob are told to stand in front of Raider, to shield him from the contestant until they are ready to reveal him for the cameras. The PA scurries off and is back within minutes with the contestant and finalist, Kim. The PA steps away and makes awkward hand motions signaling that the cameras are about to roll. …And action.}
KIM
Hey guys!
{Bob and Dolvett move away from Raider as he comes front and center. Kim seems to be thrilled to see someone in her former profession here today. She is all smiles and she gives him a big hug.}
KIM
{Kim gives Raider another hug.}
She wins. They all catch up to her and give her a big hug as her emotions take hold of her.}
BOB
Great job, Kim! You got this, girl!
DOLVETT
Kim, this is your competition to win! This whole season you have been the most competitive and have had that fire, now you go and show the world what you’re made of!
{Bob and Dolvett have another moment with Kim before making their exit. Raider and Kim catch their breath, walk over to a bench, and take a seat.}
RAIDER
Great job, you sure you don’t want to get back into wrestling? You just whooped my ass!
{They both laugh.}
{Kim’s eyes begin to water in joy, she hugs Raider again.}
RAIDER
No problem, and I wish you the best in the finale! Go kick ass and win that prize! You deserve it!
{Raider smiles at Kim and walks off camera. That’s a wrap! The PA goes over to Kim and takes her away, Aiden comes over to Raider.}

{Raider and Aiden stare blankly at Dirk. Lack of sleep, jet lagged, and irritated. A response would mean thought, and their minds are still somewhere on the beach. Dirk gets in their faces and snaps his fingers.}
DIRK
HELLO!? Look, guys, I know it was a lot to come out here but don’t act like you’ve never gone a day without sleep or had a bender. Hopefully it’s not the latter, because then that would make this a waste of my time and yours. Now, get it together!
{Dirk presses a button on his phone/intercom thingy and demands someone bring coffee into his office for the guys.}
{An assistant knocks on the door with a tray that has cups of coffee, creamers and sugars on it. Dirk waves her in. She comes in and places the tray on his desk and exits without a sound. Aiden and Raider both grab a cup of coffee and drink, hoping the caffeine will kick in for the verbal ass beating they are sitting through. Dirk looks to Raider and then to Aiden.}
{Dirk loses his words for a minute. Sometimes the truth hurts.}
{There is an awkward silence. Dirk taps his fingers on the desk a few times and then stops, his mind has been made.}
{Aiden and Raider look to each other, confused. Dirk presses another button on his phone/intercom and tells whoever it is on the other end to bring him in. Aiden and Raider turn their heads to the door in anticipation as Dirk waits. The guy approaches and opens the door.}
{Raider rolls his eyes, he wants to smack the enthusiasm off of Gary’s face. Maybe it will shatter those glasses in the process.}
{All three guys look up at Gary and face palm as he stands there, nodding his head, with a cheesy grin on his face. And those glasses.}
DIRK
That will be all for now Gary, get back to work.
GARY
Right! Who wants espresso shots anyway when there’s work to be done? Ok, well, if you guys need me, I’ll be in the breakroom!
{Gary gives two thumbs up before he exits the room.}
{Aiden and Raider get up and exit as soon as possible. The caffeine didn’t do much. Maybe they should have taken up Gary on his offer. They put their sunglasses on and leave the building before anymore verbal damage can be done or surprises sprung upon them.}
RAIDER
So where ya taking me this weekend? Is it a date?
{Aiden punches Raider in the shoulder. They both laugh.}
