The attire looks good. I would have gone with an Evan Bourne head myself. And the body kinda looks like hes melting. Not bad at all overall

The paint job on the skin tone is way too think. Thin coats of paint or water it down

I agree that the paint job is too thick. Whose head did you use though? it is an orton head and the reason that the paint is so think it because I was originally making a body painted Mexican wrestler and changed my mind.. It's hard to cover black paint.

The detail is good, but as mentioned the paint is very thick. I see what you're saying about starting as one guy and changing half way through, but I think you did well for the thickness with your designs on it. Possibly add some water to your paints which helps thin it out. I add water to most of my paints, but it's only just a very small amount and add accordingly if the paint is thicker like your own mixes for skin tones and such.
