I tried to get into Photoshop Figures a while back, but lost Photoshop for a bit. Now I've regained the beloved program, I'm gonna try and get back into them. - Decided to start with a Kane. Couple of things; I didn't forget about the glove on his right hand, I just had no idea how to place it on his right hand with the pose the Regal figure was doing, in future, I'll just completely replace the arms I think. Also, the armpad isn't perfectly possitioned as the sizes got a bit bleh, but I tried my best.

Not bad, not bad at all. But it is out of proportion; the head is too big and his torso and legs should have more height to also combat the width it has been given. For the head, change it to match the figures tone and also, blend it into the neck more. Those legs from the RA24 proto are ok but there are better ones to choose. As for the glove problem, just make half his fingers a black colour. He also needs a right arm elbow pad and for the left, it needs to go around his whole arm. Its not a bad effort as a first from getting back into it.

I really like this one. I think that would make the perfect Kane figure. But as kaneisdaman said, the head is a bit big.

Try Using These Tips:
A - Remove That Elbow Pad. It Looks Like His Lower And Upper Arm Arent Even Connected.
B - Match That Skin Tones.
C - Remove THe Human Neck Off The Head.
D - Try Blurring And Smudging The Head And Adding Highlights.
