Here's a custom I've had planned for a long time but just got around to working on in within the past week. Based off one of his attires from around 1990.
Its not without its flaws....you can see some brush strokes in the green paint on the trunks. I've never had much luck with FolkArt paint, but I've found alot of times they've got a better color selection than most.
The other main flaw is the logos on the kneepads aren't perfect, but they turned out better than my previous attempts at painting on knee pads, so I'm happy with it.
here's the picture that inspired this custom. I always wanted that poster when I was a kid but for some reason never bought it.
let me know what you guys think

That looks great. It's one of my favorite looks! Thanks, mine too. I guess where I wanted that poster so bad and it was on the last page of the catalog in WWF magazine for so many months when my brother and I started getting the magazine, Its one of the first looks i think of when I think of the Warrior. He's got a great use of bright colors, and I love the black around the eyes, I always preferred his facepaints when they've got the black around the eyes. I guess it just makes the other colors show up a bit better and makes him look a bit more wild lol.

Bit of advice cause you clearly NEED it!!! Would have matched the poster better if u would have sprayed him down with PAM cooking spray first LMFAO...
JUST PULLIN UR CHAIN MAN, LOOKS GREAT TO ME...TO GET RID OF THE BRUSH STROKES U CAN TRY GOING OVER IT LIGHTLY WITH A TINY FOAM BRUSH...THAT WORKS FOR ME ANYWAYS...AND AGAIN........GREAT JOB MAN

Great job! I do not know how people sell their customs. I would become too attached!

Wow, that's awesome. One of my favourite attires too, and it's perfectly captured within that figure. Well done.

Again, thank you all for your compliments Great job! I do not know how people sell their customs. I would become too attached! I have sold some of mine in the past, that I kinda wish I had hung on to. I've made some with the intention of selling. But there are some, such as this one, that I make knowing that I'm holding onto. This is one of my favorites that I've done. It was a simple custom, the only detailing that I had to be really careful with was the facepaint, but even though it was simple it turned out really good (to me at least). It surprisingly didn't take too long either, most of my customs i'll start and do to having to do multiple coats and time constraints it will take me a good while to finish...this one took about a week. (If only we didn't have to wait for paint to dry, I'd make many more customs lol)
