I wonder if that Flair Entrance Great was ever produced? If so, Mattel could easily sell them online.

I just hope they go the cloth robe route. He's the one figure that's always looked ood in cloth robes, unlike Goldust, Hogan, Lawler, etc.

No its not gonna happen. The reason TNA is letting him go is cause he is getting outta control wanting to party and drink and run up debts and not pay them off. I dont see WWE allowing him to come over and put them in debt plus WWE really has no use for a guy that old in a business full of young bucks. I dont see WWE signing him any time soon with his condition just to have Flair put t hem in debt and screw them to. Actually Flair stopped showing up at TNA and is leaving because THEY (tna) owe him back payments and arent paying him for his appearances.

Would love to see a mattel flair, hopefully the headscan is just as good or better than jakks. Though I'm surprised proto pics or anything such haven't showed up, almost everything else some how got leaked. (ie. Jeff Hardy, Macho Man protos, The Giant protos, Austin in shorts)

I don't really like Flair...but I still really want a Mattel Elite or 2 of him. The robe I agree would need to be cloth in this case. I'd even vote for Barry Windham for the Legends vote next year to have the 4 horseman...even though the Legends I bet are finally dead

That'd be great to see EG Flair finally released as an exclusive at SDCC or Mattycollector.
I hope they at least have a proto at SDCC, they can't not do it.

Unless he is signed again by WWE He already signed a deal with Mattel hence why Jakks couldn't make his TNA figures.

I heard that Mattel has had a Flair figure sitting on their desk since they first started up, but couldn't release it due to his TNA "run". Is this true? I know about the rumored EG Flair back at the start of the line, but was wondering if they still had the molds saved in case something like this ever happened.

I really hope to see a Flair and a Hogan while Mattel has the WWE License, This would only enhance the Legands line and too bad it wasn't this way from the start. Even if the Legends line is done we are still getting FBs and RSC Exclusives. I would gladly pay $27 for a RSC Flair or Hogan... or Sting (wishful thinking) ;D.
I don't know how long TNA and Jakks have their deal but if that is going to be up anytime soon perhaps TNA should just jump on the Mattel train. I don't know if 1 company can make figures from 2 different wrestling organizations but it seem like every collector here wants Mattel versions of TNA wrestlers. Either way I hope we get a Flair figure but it'll probably be a year. Knowing Mattel, they would most likely go the extra mile on his figure.

Would love to see the EG figure finally get released. I have to sort of think that the figure was pretty close to being made, at least the proto.

PLEASE make it happen Mattel...they should be scanning Flair like tomorrow They already scanned him back in 2010. I would LOVE For Mattel to finally release that Entrance Great figure they were going to do of him and have it be some kind of exclusive on a site.

I HIGHLY doubt the EG figure would be released since the line is beyond dead. Depending on what era it was based off of, we could see the figure its self released in a Heritage line without the robe (or did they kill that line too?) but either way the head could still be used for an Elite Im sure.

He just needs a Legends deal and the WWE to okay and if they were okay with him coming to the HOF, then I think they wouldn't care about a figure being made. Running up debts and partying? Don't think that's the reason Ok but, someone has to pay you on that legends deal and do you think WWE really wants to take the chance putting Flair under a paying contract and havin him go to bars and hotels running up tabs and skipping out on them leaving WWE to pay for it or make WWE regret signing any sort of contract with Flair? That is what im saying. It would be totally dumb for WWE to take a chance on Flair if he is in a stage where he just wants to drink all the time, run up debts and skip out on them leaving WWE to look bad with hotel contracts they signed. Its gonna put them in a position where they gotta pay it or go on bad terms with there businesses. I just dont think WWE is gonna risk it. If they didn't hire Scott Hall back with his drinking and drugs problem, i dont see them hiring back Flair who might i ad has to be like 75 years old by now.

Wouldn't Mattel be able to make a figure of him reguardless if he signs a Legends deal or not. I would like to think that if he has an active contract with Mattel all they have to do is make the figure while they can.
Also, Ric Flair... Drinking, partying, running up debts... that sounds like Ric Flair alright. How is this any different now then it was 30 years ago?
