Ok so we all know that Lakers are out of the Playoffs and there have been news that one of them would get traded Bynum or Gasol. So who do you think should be traded. Bynum has improved a lot but not at maturity , Gasol have been contributing to the Lakers in the Last 2 Championships but now he's not contributing as the Team expects and has been "Soft". So Who Do you Think Should Go ? And Why ?

I would keep Bynum because although he is a knuckle head and injury prone at times he is still younger than a 32 year old Pau Gasol and has shown signs of dominance this season.

Bynum is the second best Center in the NBA and they aren't looking to get rid of him unless it involves D12. Pau could get them Iggy from Philly or a combo of Kyle Lowry and Luis Scola from Houston. Many options with trading Pau.

Heard some news that Bynum and Gasol would be traded to Howard then Jordan Hill would be the New Starting PF

I wouldn't trade both for D12. Trade Pau and get the much needed depth

I don't think a lottery pick is what they want right now, because their window is closing fast as Kobe is aging. I think they could potentially get 3 or 4 good pieces from the Rockets (Scola, Courtney Lee, maybe Kevin Martin and another small piece) if they sent Pau to Houston.
If I was LA I'd be looking more into that rumored Gasol/Rondo swap that was talked about last fall.

Boston is not trading Rondo for Gasol.
If anything happens at all, and I do expect LA to make a move of some kind to add depth to the team, it will come either in a big name trade acquisition (i.e. Howard for Bynum straight up) or through a smaller Draft-day trade sending Gasol and one or two other guys elsewhere for additional pieces (pref. a third option on offense after Bryant and Bynum).
If it were up to me, I would want to keep Bynum over Gasol, unless of course Dwight Howard's name is being mentioned (paired with a long-term contract extension). Then and only then would Bynum be expendable, whereas Gasol's name doesn't carry much luster anymore and should be firmly established on the trading block for the highest bidder.
LA, and really any other team not named the Clippers, Spurs or Thunder, would KILL for Rondo right now if it only cost them Gasol.

Bynum.
Gasol is getting older and a lot slower.
I can see Gasol heading to the Clippers...they could really use him.

Personally, I'd keep Pau over Bynum just for his professionalism and effort. All Gasol needs to do is stop playing Mr. Nice Guy and he'd be a beast. Bynum on the other hand...can't say I'd be mad if they traded him for D12, or hell, even Tyson Chandler (NOT gonna happen, but still...it's a nice dream).

I'd do what I could to keep both if possible. Their biggest issue was depth and late game execution. The latter part has a lot to do with coaching. The concern however is acquiring depth and that's tough to do when you don't have money to throw around which is why parting with one of these guys kinda makes sense. They need a legit 3rd scoring option so if they get rid of one they better bring one back(preferably a wing) and then some.
Also, that guy to part with would be Pau. He worked way better in Phil's triangle and his defense isn't great.

Keep Bynum. It's a no-brainer. He's young and the second best center in the league.
Gasol is old and not nearly as good as he was two years ago. I love the guy and he's really nice and professional, but he has to go. Preferably with a package for D-Will.
